The e-Steele Difference
At Thomas Steele, we undercoat our site furnishings using state-of-the-art e-coating with an epoxy resin water-based paint and zinc phosphate for a process that produces a highly durable coating. When coupled with our electrostatically applied polyester topcoat, e-Steele™ will withstand highly corrosive environments with its ultimate levels of protection and performance. This is why Thomas Steele can offer an unsurpassed industry-leading five-year warranty.
Environmental awareness is another reason to e-coat. The e-Steele™ process is environmentally friendly because it produces no HAPs (hazardous air pollutants) or ultra-low VOCs (volatile organic compounds) and is OSHA and EPA compliant. E-coat systems also recycle, as virtually all unused paint is recovered and put back into the system.

Recycled Plastic
One of two recycled plastic styles, the original recycled plastic is a high-density polyethylene material (HDPE) made from postindustrial and/or wide spec material. HDPE makes up, on average, 96% of this type of board. The other 4% is colorant with UV inhibitors and a blowing
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
All orders must be in writing and are subject to acceptance by Graber Manufacturing, Inc. All prices are FOB Graber Manufacturing's factory in Waunakee, Wisconsin and are in U.S. dollars. Prices are subject to change without notice. Shipments will be made at prices prevailing at the time of the shipment.
Net is due 30 days from date of invoice when buyer is a tax-supported government entity or a company with approved credit. Buyers without approved credit must submit full payment with the order. Service charge is 1-1/2% per month on all invoices after 30 days. Graber Manufacturing also honors American Express, Master Card and VISA when placing an order. Graber Manufacturing reserves the right to change terms if necessary.
LOSS OR DAMAGE: Graber Manufacturing is not responsible for loss or damage in transit. Freight carrier is an agent of the customer. Claims must be filed with the carrier. Any shortage must be noted on the original freight bill before signing and signed by the truck driver. Any damage or marks indicating possible concealed damage must be noted on the original freight bill before signing and signed by the truck driver. Graber Manufacturing will make a reasonable effort to remedy any loss or damage in transit. Graber Manufacturing is not responsible for time lost due to loss or damage in transit. Concealed Damage must be reported to Graber within 15 days of receipt of goods. Any concealed damage found after 15 days may not be covered by warranty.
Graber Manufacturing, Inc. reserves the right to discontinue or change the design and specification of units, and to ship the revised product without notice when such changes have been made.
LIMITED WARRANTIES
Thomas Steele division of Graber Manufacturing, Inc., (“Thomas Steele”) warrants products it manufactures against defects in material or workmanship for a period of five years from the date of invoice. Components that are wood or cosmetic in nature are warranted against defects in material or workmanship for a period of one year from the date of invoice. Splitting, checking, and warping of wood are natural occurrences of wood and are not covered by this warranty. Components that are recycled plastic are warranted against rotting, splitting or cracking for a period of twenty years from the date of invoice. Thomas Steele warrants the steel framework it manufactures for benches, tables, planters, and trash receptacles against structural failure for a period of twenty years from the date of invoice. Superficial wear or damage such as scratches, nicks or dents caused by normal wear and tear are not covered by this warranty. These warranties do not cover any defects or failure due to vandalism, negligence, abuse, accidents, lack of maintenance or improper installation. Unless previously approved, in writing by Graber Manufacturing, Inc. , this warranty does not cover any defects or failure due to products tampered with or altered, modified or repaired by anyone. This warranty does not cover items manufactured by other companies, such as umbrellas.
