Since 2012, the German Chambers of Commerce Abroad (AHKs) in the ASEAN region have been publishing a special ASEAN focus report which provides an overview of the business climate in the territory, based on the AHK World Business Outlook bi-annual survey conducted by the Association of German Chambers of Industry and Commerce (DIHK).
The 2023 survey has been complemented by the German Chambers of Commerce Abroad (AHKs) in the ASEAN region between 20 March and 16 April 2023, in order to derive more insights from the regional business climate. Around 350 member companies of the AHKs in the ASEAN region participated in this survey, giving a unique and essential insight into their business prospects and expectations.
