1 DAY
BOUTIQUE WELCOME
Morning
Old Town at your own pace. A leisurely, guided walk through the Old Town’s baroque core, with time for design shopping — Lithuanian fashion, jewellery and concept stores, and amber worked by hand rather than sold by the kilo. Coffee at Café de Pacai, handmade chocolate at ALI šokoladinė.
Lunch
Telegrafas (Cathedral Square views, inside Grand Hotel Vilnius, Curio Collection by Hilton), Stebuklai for another Cathedral-side table, or Elven.
Afternoon
Cathedral Square, privately — then pick a slow finish. A licensed guide, the Cathedral crypts — the burial place of grand dukes, open by appointment only — and the Bell Tower panorama before the square fills up, all within a 15-minute walk of any hotel above. That leaves half an afternoon; three ways to spend it, none of them rushed. A private cruise on the Neris — an hour on the water with the Old Town on one bank and the glass towers on the other, sparkling wine on board. Boats for 6–12 people, boarding a few minutes from the centre. Afternoon tea at Augustas ir Barbora love story café — pastry, champagne and two hours nobody is counting. A chauffeured panorama loop — the Hill of Three Crosses and the Subačiaus viewpoint in the late light, with a stop at the Bastion of the Vilnius Defensive Wall. Twenty minutes of driving, the best photographs of the trip. Optional - St. Johns’ Church Bell Tower during summer.
Evening
Fine-dining evening. Džiaugsmas, Nineteen18 or Deep Roots — all 1 Michelin Star, tasting menu, wine pairing.

SPA AFTERNOON
Morning
Golfing. Choose one of three courses near Vilnius: The V Golf Club, Sostinių Golfo Klubas or Europos Centro Golfo Klubas.
Not a golfer? Swap it for a slower morning — a guided food-market or design-shopping walk, or an early hot-air balloon flight over Vilnius or Trakai, weather permitting.
Afternoon
Spa afternoon. Start in the hotel’s own spa — most five-star houses here have one — with a sauna and pool circuit and a treatment booked ahead. Or take a short transfer to Bokšto SPA, where the pools, hammam and steam rooms sit under 16th-century Old Town vaults, or to a Beer SPA, where the tub is filled with warm beer wort and the tap beside it stays open. Two to three hours, unhurried; group treatments need booking in advance. Optional: a private tasting at Lietuviški skoniai, a 16th-century cellar in a Lutheran courtyard on Vokiečių street. Five Lithuanian wines and a mead poured by a winemaker — made from juniper, currant, nettle, dandelion and berries rather than grapes. Groups from six, in English, booked ahead.
Evening
Night
Dinner. Protėviai or Somm.
Rooftop bars. Pick one — or work through all three: Skybar, 3Muzos Rooftop Bar and the Neringa rooftop.

COUNTRYSIDE INDULGENCE
Morning
Short countryside excursion. Trakai lakeside castle — 30 minutes from the hotel. A private transfer is the easiest way to get there and can be booked with Vilnius City Tour.
Midday
Lunch & lake cruise. Apvalaus Stalo Klubas for lakeside dining, with a boat trip on Lake Galvė before or after the table.
Optional — lunch and wellness at Esperanza Lake Resort instead: a Design Hotels member with a Michelin Key, on the shore of Lake Ungurys in Trakai Historical National Park, 45 minutes from Vilnius. Greek-Mediterranean at Olea or Japanese fusion and robata grill at the lakeside Mizu Beach, then the 1,000 m² spa — pool, hammam, salt room — and forest in every direction.
