January presented several challenges, which the team rose to meet with resilience and determination. Colder-than-normal weather drove increased shopper traffic, while we also navigated an unusual donor trend. Even while managing illness and a donor backlog, they stayed committed to driving improvements in Donation Value and Transaction Value compared to last year.
Please see the Production Performance summary below for more details.

As the holiday rush came to a close, we increased our focus to delivering world-class customer service. This included setting a higher expectation for leadership engagement on the sales floor through our MOD standards. Team Rialto wanted to ensure customers always knew where leadership could be found. Below is their creative and unique way of making their presence known.

We gathered to celebrate the successes of 2025. Donn welcomed the team with pride and excitement for what is ahead in 2026. Leaders were recognized with Core Value, New Leader, Metric, and Superlative Awards. For Best Dressed and Most Creative, each leader used a $20 Goodwill gift card to create their look. Brady closed by sharing the 2026 budget and challenging us to continue to Pursue Excellence in everything we do.

We achieved our first $5,000,000 month, marking a major milestone for our organization. This reflects strong leadership, disciplined execution, and our shared commitment to Prioritizing People, Promoting Accountability, and Pursuing Excellence. Thank you for the work you do every day to make results like this possible.

The Mirasol Foundation and Eagleton Pointe hosted community donation drives, and together we collected 183 donations over two days. We are grateful for these community partnerships and appreciate the teamwork that made these drives successful.
