The Power Within

Hide not from the power within! Hide not! Know and embrace the grace that lives within. This grace is to be your authority source. No more bowing down to things that should bow down to you. As the Body of Christ, we are to reign in complete authority over the enemy, the adversary. Remember, he will oppose. However, God has equipped His Body with the same power of Jesus for their stand of opposition to be a stand of victory.
What will you do with and for your land? The land that is in your possession is under your authority. Will you take your authority and order your land? If you do not, the land is bound for destruction, failure, and death. We have been given authority to speak and declare life to our land. The plan of life which is the plan of God must be declared by man on the earth to bring manifestation.
The power of victory is released through spoken words of faith. Life is subject to your tongue. Will you speak life in faith to every area of influence that you have? It is our responsibility.
In the book of Isaiah 23, the city of Tyre was brought to ruin because no one set up proper opposition to the Babylonians and the Chaldeans. What is proper opposition? We wrestle not against flesh and blood but principalities, powers, rulers of darkness, etc. We oppose the enemy, Satan. James tells us to submit to God, to resist the devil and he will flee.
Submitting to God is a total reliance on God, His Word, and His authority in your life. Submitting to God is recognizing that it is Christ in you, the hope of Glory. It is embracing the inner power in you by the Holy Spirit’s gift. It is depending on Him to do in and through you what normally you could not do.
Now, we are to resist the devil, which is a matter of saying no to his wiles. The enemy will always oppose God, His Word, and His best plan for your life. Recognize the source of opposition and stand guard in faith, refusing to bow under His leadership. Yield not to the temptation to go his way. Yield not to his lies of deceit. “No, I’m better than this. I refuse to bow to Satan,” should be our plea.
Understand, opposition from the enemy will not always look bad, but also understand it will not look righteous either. God’s ways are always righteous. What does that mean? It is always what is “right” in His eyes. So, determine things by what is right in God’s eyes, not your own, your family’s, your friend’s, the worlds, or any other source. Our loving Father God has a great plan. So, oppose the enemy so you can enjoy it.
I’ll finish here. Submitting to God and resisting the enemy produces a fleeing enemy. Fleeing means the enemy will run away as in terror. So, submit to God, resisting the devil, and he will flee.
