This easy Rocky Road Brownie recipe is the perfect dessert for those lazy summer days. Because it begins with a boxed mix, there’s hardly any preparation time. Kids can help make the dessert by sprinkling the marshmallows, pecans, and chocolate chips over the brownies. If you need a gluten-free version of the recipe, simply substitute a gluten-free brownie mix.
