Who is Bruce Epperson?
Bruce Epperson served in the United States Air Force for ten years and is married to Annette, who he met in 2012. They have three wonderful daughters, Melanie, Heather, and Andrea, along with two fur babies, Dexter and Hank Williams, who are both energetic Australian Shepherds.

In his downtime, Epperson and his family enjoy taking the camper out to the North Georgia mountains to enjoy a peaceful family retreat, including going to the beach and attending local car shows.
A Marietta, Georgia, native, Epperson has always possessed an interest in the real estate market. As a child, Epperson collected and studied American coinage. When he was twelve years old, he would go through bank rolls of coins from his local bank. Epperson’s childhood dream was to become a bank president. Now, he has found passion in the housing industry.
Earning his Real Estate Associate Brokers license and insurance license at a young age, Epperson is different from the average Mortgage Loan Originator. Upon receiving great mentorship, Epperson has been in the mortgage industry for thirty-four years. Filled with excitement from new challenges every day, he continues to enjoy helping others build their wealth through real estate.
