Have you ever ignited the pages of a book with the briefest look? Here’s a toast to the arrogant art, the poignant prose, the impassioned poetry that dares to remember the perpetual promise that all men and women are created equal but not the same. So when pen hits paper I hope it bleeds rainbows and drips onto the stoic soil. I hope it tells stories of 20 dollar bills and late night thrills and building impossible walls just to tear them down.
