SWAMPED As emergency warnings spread through the region on October 13th we wondered what would happen. Nervously we watched water levels rise from the Goulburn River and its tributaries, and then we witnessed the destruction it left behind. The beautiful Goulburn River that gives our communities so much joy unleashed its power and force, not seen since 1974.
