BE COOL !
BE COOL ! …、もともと「発想記号」のようなものとして付していたものを タイトルにしました。タイトルそのままに「カッコよく」演奏していただき たいですし、お⼀⼈おひとりが「カッコいい」と思うもの（⼈）を⾃由に描 いていただきたいです。
⼤分東明⾼等学校吹奏楽部の創部 40 年を記念する作品として 2023 年初頭に 作曲、同年 3 ⽉ 21 ⽇に初演されました。 作品は、同部だけでなく、創部以来 40 年に亘り指導にあたられ、同年春にご 退任された川島啓希先⽣にも捧げられています。 また、同年 5 ⽉には The Association of Concert Bands（アメリカ）が主催す るカンファレンス“ACB-2023 - Orlando”の “New Music Reading Sessions” で 紹介されました。

BE COOL ! ..., which was originally attached as a kind of "idea symbol" was used as the title. As the title suggests, I would like you to play "cool" and freely draw what (or who) you think is "cool"..
This piece was composed in early 2023 to commemorate the 40th anniversary of the founding of the Oita Tomei High School Band, and was first performed on March 21 of the same year.
The piece is dedicated not only to the Band, but also to Mr. Hironori Kawashima, who retired in the spring of the same year after 40 years of teaching the band. In May of the same year, the piece was featured in the "New Music Reading Sessions" at ACB-2023 - Orlando, a conference organized by The Association of Concert Bands (USA).
