National Mortgage News began its annual loan officer rankings in 1999, with production data covering origination volume from 1998. The Top Producers Survey is open to individual loan officers who work at depository, nonbank and mortgage brokerage firms throughout the United States. For the 2019 calendar year, David Goldberg of First Federal Bank, was ranked #335 nationally among all Residential Mortgage Loan Officers across the country with a total loan volume of $42,445,657 for the year.
