Immersive attraction is unlike any other in town Reality has boundaries. Infinity Museum doesn’t. This immersive museum gives you the sensation of existing outside the laws of physics. If you’re familiar with Yayoi Kusama, the legendary Japanese artist who has spent decades exploring infinity through mirrors, then you’ll recognize the DNA here. After slipping on the required booties to protect the reflective floors, you move through seven installations sequentially: • Stargazing is a dreamlike room that simulates the vastness of the universe. With mirrors that create depth that doesn’t exist, the stars here feel endless, as if you’re swimming around in an infinite galaxy. • Sphere Symphony constructs its infinity through perfectly placed spheres that seem to extend in every direction. There are loose spheres—giant balloons that magically change colors—on the ground that you can play with and bounce across the walls, creating a delightfully immersive playground that brings out the kid in all of us. • The Mirrored Dodecahedron—the world’s first walk-in version of this complex 12-faced shape—is a jewel box of geometric wonder. Every angle offers a new composition, a new way

This is as close as you’re going to get to experiencing one. • My favorite is the Mirror Maze, which challenges your sense of perception. Inside this labyrinth of reflective surfaces, you’re given a pool noodle to poke the walls, figuring out which surfaces are mirrors and which are open space that you can walk through. It’s a geometric adventure unlike anything else you’ve ever experienced. • End your tour in Four Seasons, the world’s largest walk-in kaleidoscope, which interprets spring, summer, fall and winter in all their mirrored glory. Classic Band, Classic Album Group performs groundbreaking ‘Pieces’ as part of limited residency Styx is returning to Las Vegas with something truly special: a complete performance of 1978’s Pieces of Eight, plus the hits that made them arena gods in the first place. The Pieces of Eight deep dive adds another layer. Released in 1978 at the height of Styx’s powers, the album gave us “Blue Collar Man” and “Renegade” but also showcased the band’s range beyond radio singles. Hearing it performed in sequence will remind audiences why the band became synonymous with American rock. And, five decades in, Styx refuses to phone it in.

The band just released Circling From Above, its 18th studio album, a 13-track exploration of technology and nature that critics are calling its third consecutive masterpiece following 2021’s Crash of the Crown and 2017’s The Mission. While most heritage acts coast on their catalog, Styx continues to create. Fans may be thrilled with the new work, but they’re coming for the classics, too. And Styx has classics for days. There’s “Come Sail Away,” with that delicate piano opening that explodes into an arenawide sing-along, and “Renegade,”
the hard-charging anthem about a fugitive on the run. There’s the working-class battle cry of “Blue Collar Man,” the tender ballad “Lady” and the epic “The Grand Illusion,” with soaring vocals and dramatic build. New family-friendly attraction combines art, food and culture A world of wonder can be found at the newly opened GlowFest near the monorail station at SAHARA Las Vegas. The outdoor, 200,000-squarefoot land of visual treats features large-scale illuminated sculpture that represent five realms: reality, nature, ocean, celestial and exotic. The walk-through environments, filled with high-tech, beautifully designed pieces, simply wow and show off what artwork looks like when it comes alive. The Only App You’ll Need Navigate the Strip and beyond like never before Navigating the Strip and surrounding areas can be overwhelming. Luckily, the Vegas2Go app, available in the Apple App Store and the Google Play Store, puts an extensive guide to the city right in the palm of your hand. Simply set up your account and unlock a vast knowledge of the city, including special deals that you may otherwise miss out on. The app is locational, so once you’ve indicated the resort you’re staying at, toggle to the “selected” tab to
see all the dining, shopping, shows and lounges in the property. Then switch to the “nearby” setting to see all the options that are within a walking distance of your temporary digs. If you have something specific in mind, perhaps a steakhouse dinner or family-friendly fun, use the search function. Use the red drop-down menu to search everywhere (which will populate results from all over the valley), nearby or in your selected property to find what you’re
looking for. And if it’s a one-off show you seek, check the “events” tab for an up-to-date calendar of all the acts rolling through town during your stay. Oh, and those exclusive offers we mentioned? Drink It All In
Bazaar Meat gets stunning new location, but you’ll want to go for the cocktails, too A longtime favorite of both tourists and locals, Bazaar Meat by José Andrés enjoyed tremendous success at SAHARA Las Vegas, but late last year the restaurant made the move to The Venetian Resort. Its new home is a beautiful mix of light and dark with the Blanca Room, bright and airy with a large outdoor patio, and the Rojo Room, a deep-red, dimly lit, sexy space, and it’s also where you’ll find the slick-looking bar. It’s behind this bar that mixologists are mixing up some photo-worthy, uniquely tasting cocktails that we say demand a visit to the restaurant. “When people come to Bazaar Meat, they talk about this amazing, well-rounded experience, so with the food you want cocktails that match that,” says Eduardo Sanchez, Bazaar Meat general manager. “You don’t want one part to be underwhelming than the rest. We have these amazing dishes, but we didn’t want to limit ourselves to just that. We have this beautiful bar and this beautiful space, and we wanted to elevate our beverage program when we moved to this new location. The goal is to keep innovating; new ideas with new dishes and new cocktails, like with the martini service.” Heads turn whenever a table orders the new martini service. “The martini is served below freezing, served colder than you’ll ever get shaking it,” says Kevin Gorham, Bazaar Meat mixol-

ogist. “That coldness, what it does is it softens flavors and rounds out the harsh edges. It makes it a silkier version of a martini.” The martini service includes a wheeled-to-your-table cart stocked with the prebatched vodka or gin martini—your choice. Removed from a portable freezer, the cocktail is then garnished to your liking with choices like lemon peel, onion, blue cheese-stuffed olive or regular olive and lemon oil. Lastly, you pick a fragrance, which is a spritz of rosemary, thyme, dill or red peppercorn. For another showstopping cocktail, heads will turn again when the Nitro caipirinha cart is wheeled to the table. The prebatched Avuá cachaça caipirinha is added to a steel bowl along with liquid nitrogen. The mixologist then stirs the two together until a sorbetlike consistency is achieved and then piles the mixture into a glass. “This is all about having a cocktail in another form,” Gorham says. For brown spirit lovers, another cocktail experience comes in the form of the Aladdin Manhattan. “Think of it as a reverse Manhattan; it’s very vermouth-driven,” Gorham says. “In Spain, they drink vermouth as an aper-

itif, the starter, to get their stomach ready for the feast. So this cocktail is Spain meets America. It’s the classic Manhattan recipe, we just flip the ingredients to be more Spanish-style, so it’s vermouth-driven with a little backbone of American bourbon and orange and Angostura bitters, and finished off with cedar smoke and orange twist for garnish.” The cocktail is brought to the table in a box and poured tableside, allowing for the smoke to billow out and prepare the taste buds for a unique Manhattan experience. “If you’re a Manhattan drinker, you’re going to love this cocktail,” Gorham says. “This isn’t gonna destroy you like a classic Manhattan—you can have a couple of these, pace them throughout dinner.” The list of cocktail treats continues with more favorites like the Floral Cloud, a gin cocktail served with a cloud of hibiscus-rose smoke; the Salt Air Margarita, a classic tequila on the rocks topped with a salt air concoction, and the Ben Franklin Milk Punch with brandy, nutmeg, lemon and sugar, clarified with dairy. –Kiko Miyasato

Mixologist is manifesting his destiny Fifteen years ago, Las Vegan Christopher Littles was working his first bartending job at a local bar. “And I’d think, ‘One day I’m gonna be a bartender on that Strip,’” he says. “Every day I’d write down on a card, my goals, ‘One day I’ll be a bartender on the Las Vegas Strip.’ It’s insane because I manifested that; I really wanted that and now I’m here.” And the “here” is The Cabinet of Curiosities at Horseshoe Las Vegas, where Littles has been a mixologist for

three years. Before he joined the curious bar and lounge (and speakeasy; ask about The Lock), he worked his skills at properties like Caesars Palace, Park MGM and Golden Nugget, but it’s at the Cabinet where “I sharpened my skills and gained a lot of knowledge,” Littles says. “I feel so comfortable here.” Being a bartender has “helped me realize who I am as a person,” he says. “It changed me a lot. I don’t mind talking to people now—now it’s natural. I never
thought I’d love mixology like I love it now. I’m always creating new recipes and posting videos on YouTube. “We’re the Entertainment Capital of the World and I’m a bartender on the Las Vegas Strip. I don’t take that lightly,” he continues. “I’ve been doing everything I can to be here. … I want to be that bartender that people know and keep coming back to see me every time they’re in Las Vegas. The Steak House at Circus Circus has been the model of consistency for decades By Ken Miller
For more than 40 years, The Steak House at Circus Circus has been the go-to for generations of tourists and locals alike. And that’s because its customers always know what they’re getting: seriously great food, a menu that keeps things more or less the same year in and year out, service that makes you feel special, and an old-school ambience you really can’t find anywhere else on the Strip. This is the sort of restaurant where it’s not uncommon on any given night to see at least an anniversary or birthday celebrated. It’s just that special. As you’re escorted to your table or leather booth, you’ll immediately be struck by two things: a dry-aging locker with floor-to-ceiling windows that allows you to check out all the cuts you’re about to choose from, and a food preparation area smack-

dab in the middle of the restaurant. Before your meal arrives, be sure to order a cocktail to prepare you for the deliciousness to come. All the classics are here to enjoy, from Old-Fashioneds and Manhattans to dirty martinis, but vodka lovers will want to try the Lemon Drop, made with Absolut Citron, triple sec and lemon juice.
Start your meal with any of the splendid appetizers, from the French onion soup and deeply flavorful grilled garlic shrimp and sautéed mushrooms to oysters on the half shell or the massive Seafood Sensation, a tower of oysters, crab and shrimp that’s practically a meal by itself! Salads here are all fresh and satisfying. The

blue cheese wedge is always great, but if you want to bump things up a notch, order the Waldorf wedge, which is served with a balsamic blue cheese vinaigrette. For something really light yet deeply satisfying, opt for the tomato, mozzarella and basil

HOOV ER DA M Built between 1931 and 1936, this concrete arch-gravity marvel rises 726 feet above the Colorado River, holding back Lake Mead, the largest reservoir in the United States. It contains enough concrete to pave a highway from San Francisco to New York. Few landmarks anywhere can claim such lasting, foundational impact. The dam isn’t just a tourist attraction; it’s the very reason there’s anything here to attract tourists to.

ATOMIC LIQUORS Opened in 1954, this is the city’s oldest free-standing bar. And the name isn’t a gimmick. During the 1950s, patrons famously climbed onto the roof with cocktails to watch atomic tests light up the desert sky, treating nuclear explosions like fireworks shows. It’s a detail so unbelievable, it could only happen in Vegas. If you want a lesson in history, belly up to the bar that wrote it.

WR ANGLER NATIONA L FINALS RODEO Known as the Super Bowl of Rodeo, this event brings the top 15 money-earning cowboys and cowgirls in professional rodeo to the Thomas & Mack Center for 10 adrenaline-packed days of competition. SH A R K R EEF AQUA R IUM When it opened at Mandalay Bay in 2000, the idea—to build a massive aquarium full of apex predators in the middle of the Mojave Desert—sounded both improbable and delightful. Twenty-five years later, this attraction, home to more than 3,400 animals representing over 140 species, stands as one of the Strip’s most enduring, and a reminder that this town thrives on unfettered imagination. In a city that has no drought of ideas, this aquarium shows that the desert can hold the ocean just fine.

ELECTRIC DAISY C A R N I VA L When this festival moved to the Las Vegas Motor Speedway in 2011, it transformed the city into the global capital of electronic dance music, drawing more than half a million fans from around the world. STADIUM SWIM When this complex opened in 2020, it made more than a splash. It, in fact, cannonballed into the Vegas pool scene and rewrote the rules. Designed to operate 365 days a year, it features six pools, multiple swim-up bars and a jaw-dropping 40-foot-tall, 14 million-pixel, highdefinition screen. Crowds happily followed, because we all know the best pool party is the one that never has to end.
