Jennifer L. Braster Jennifer Braster is a seasoned commercial litigator with extensive litigation experience in both federal and state courts and in administrative matters. She has appeared regularly before both the Eighth Judicial District Court and United States District Court for Nevada, arguing a wide range of motions, and has both first-chair and second-chair trial experience. Recently, Braster successfully represented a marijuana dispensary licensee in a trial regarding the State’s awarding of recreational dispensary licenses. She has achieved seven-figure judgments in her clients’ favor and has briefed several matters to both the Nevada Supreme Court and Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals. Braster has represented clients in a variety of business conflicts, including high-stakes business partnership disputes, marijuana licensing litigation, property disputes, dissolutions and construction disputes. She is also well established in consumer finance litigation and regularly represents one of the top three credit reporting agencies in credit reporting disputes. As an avid animal lover, Braster has represented clients in constitutional rights lawsuits, animal custody disputes, and property matters involving animals. She is currently the chair of the board of Sage Collegiate Public Charter School and serves on the Nevada State Board of Oriental Medicine.
