GLO PALS OPENING ORDER
In order to open a wholesale account, you must place an opening order minimum of $400.
APPLYING FOR TERMS
We require your initial order to be paid in full prior to shipment to apply for Net 30 terms. Upon approval, subsequent orders will automatically receive Net 30 terms. If your payment is late on a delivered order by over 45 days, terms will be revoked.
RE-ORDER MINIMUM
Once you’ve met the opening order minimum, the reorder minimum quantity is $250 and can include any products in complete case pack quantities.
CASE PACK REQUIREMENTS
All products must be ordered and shipped in complete case pack quantities. No SKUs can be combined to meet a case pack requirement. If orders are submitted in incomplete case pack quantities, we reserve the right to process your submitted order in the nearest complete case pack quantity.
SHIPPING
Your orders will typically be shipped in 3-5 business days or less. A shipping fee will be automatically added based on order value. Peak seasons may alter this depending on demand and availability. You will receive a tracking number once each order ships.
RETURN + CANCELLATION POLICY
We don’t accept returns for sanitary reasons, but we will credit defective or damaged items based on our discretion. Please email us with pictures at sales@glo.co and we’ll do our best to make things right! Any orders that have not been paid within 60 days of expected ship date are subject to cancellation.
OTHER TERMS/MAP
You will receive an order confirmation in a timely manner prior to shipment. Please check confirmation details, for orders will ship as entered unless promptly notified. We enforce MAP pricing. Check your on-boarding guide or sales sheets for exact pricing on each product. Selling on amazon.com and other third party seller websites is prohibited. We also require permission for selling our products outside of a retailer’s approved brick and mortar location. Promotions beyond 7 days need prior approval. You explicitly agree to sell and display all Glo Pals as ordered. Swapping any products into the packaging of another product is a violation of our terms and will be subject to account termination.
