All prices are expressed in Euros (EUR) and Ex Works – GLOMEX, Ravenna (Italy), excluding any taxes or duties.
Quotations based on this price list and requested in a different currency will be calculated using the exchange rate at the time of order confirmation.
Payment must be made in advance, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
All payment terms are subject to credit insurance approval.
Glomex reserves the right to cancel any order or modify payment terms in the event that credit insurance is denied.
In case of delayed payment, Glomex may cancel future orders/contracts/deliveries and reserves the right to charge interest on overdue amounts.
Freight quotations should be requested from a Glomex-approved forwarder
Even when the sale is agreed with free destination, the risk of transport remains with the purchaser
Insurance coverage provided by Glomex applies only in excess of the first €250 of damages per shipment.
Changes or additions to orders will be accepted within 3 days of the order confirmation date.
Any request received after 3 days will result in a 5 working day delay in delivery.
LIFETIME WARRANTY
Applies to:
- VHF, CB, AIS, Omnidirectional DVB-T2 TV, AM/FM, AIS, Glomeasy, and related mounts and accessories.
- Mobile Phone antennas and their related mounts and accessories.
LIMITED WARRANTIES
- Commercial PROMARINE antennas: 5-year limited warranty.
- weBBoat and Satellite DVB-S2 TV antennas: 2-year limited warranty.
Warranty Terms:
Glomex is the only company in the marine electronics industry offering a lifetime warranty on most of its products.
Products covered under lifetime warranty are warranted to be free from manufacturing and material defects as long as they remain in possession of the original purchaser
- Glomex commits to repair or replace defective products after inspection
- No repair or replacement will be accepted without prior written authorization from Glomex or its authorized representatives. The warranty does not cover:
- Consequential damages;
- Installation costs;
- Damages caused by improper use, natural phenomena (e.g., lightning), or incorrect installation (e.g., reverse polarity connections).
Proof of purchase is required. All return shipping costs are the responsibility of the claimant. These sales conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Italy. Any
products, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
