The success of our fraternity lies in our ability to effectively mentor the next generation of leaders within our Craft. This is not a new concept; in fact, Freemasonry is the original mentorship program with the wisdom of generations transferred in the process of the “attentive ear” receiving instruction from the “instructive tongue,” and the candidate embracing that instruction to his “faithful breast.” In the basic sense, it is how our great fraternity came to fruition, prospered, and ultimately, will continue to flourish for future generations.
