Glenn Wayne Trede
Glenn Wayne Trede grew up in San Diego, California, and at seventeen made a life choice that set him apart from most of his peers. He entered a monastery where he immersed himself in the disciplined practice of yoga meditation. This early chapter instilled in him an abiding awareness of humanity’s unity with the divine and laid the foundation for resilience, clarity, and spiritual insight that would guide him as he encountered both triumphs and trials in the years ahead. At twenty-one, Glenn’s journey took an unexpected turn when a motorcycle accident left him with severe injuries, including brain trauma and two broken femurs. The road to recovery was grueling and spanned a six-year period. During that time, he supported himself with part-time jobs, ranging from working as a security guard to inspecting aircraft parts and shipping goods. These roles, though demanding, taught him perseverance, adaptability, and the ability to rebuild from hardship. In 1986, Glenn marked a turning point in his life by enrolling in a computer technology trade school, where he graduated with an impressive GPA of 90%. This success launched his professional career in the technology sector. Beginning as a technician, he quickly rose to management through hard work, innovation, and problem-solving. He served major clients, including Southern California Edison, and even traveled overnight from Los Angeles to Maryland to correct a costly error, demonstrating his dedication and expertise under pressure. Glenn Wayne Trede’s personal life has been equally dynamic. A brief marriage in 1992 broadened his horizons, and in 1995, he found lasting love with his wife, with whom he has been for thirty years. Together, they pursued entrepreneurial ventures that included managing an eighteen-unit apartment complex and running a Chinese restaurant recognized with a community award. These ventures reflected Glenn’s entrepreneurial drive, creativity, and commitment to building success in both family and business.
