A HINTERLAND family says a major rail upgrade has upended their lives, leaving them “stressed and sleep-deprived” after more than three decades on their rural property. Beerburrum residents
Sharon and Brett Beattie say the $1 billion Beerburrum to Nambour rail upgrade (B2N) has dramatically altered their living conditions, despite their initial support for the project. They claim shifting changes in plans have
exposed their home to unexpected and unacceptable noise, light and pollution, turning a once secluded block into what they’ve been told, is the “worst-affected property” along the new corridor. “We were told one thing and ended up with
