Juliette Cookie Program Welcome to the Juliette Cookie Program! Individual cookie entrepreneurs will work with the council’s Juliette cookie coordinator, Chandra Droke. This year’s cookie season runs Jan. 6 - March 16!
Caregiver Role You, or another trusted adult, will need to act as your Girl Scout’s troop cookie manager. This is required in order for your Girl Scout to participate in the 2025 Girl Scout Cookie season. As a cookie manager, you will be able to log into the eBudde system (cookie order management system) to manage the season: place cookie orders with council, select hot spot booths, order rewards, and more.

You will then have access to your Juliette troop. You will be assigned a Juliette troop number for the 2025 cookie season.
