Early access for Service Unit and Troop Fall Product Manager (TFPM) to access the M2 online system Fall Product Program begins Deadline for SUFPM to enter delivery location information (NO PO Box accepted)

Fall Product Program ends Caregiver deadline to enter Girl delivered nut/chocolate order card sales orders 11:59pm (Money for orders due to troops) Troop deadline to enter any nut/chocolate order card sales that haven’t been previously entered by caregivers by 11:59 pm Last Day for reward choices by Girl Scouts or Troops in the M2 site by 11:59pm Caregiver payment to Troop (This date is specific to each troop) Deadline for all payments to be deposited into troop account 100% ACH withdrawal from troop bank account for balance due

November 2025 10-14 25 End of November

Nuts/chocolates delivered to SUFPM Confirm count and distribute to troops Rewards delivered to SUFPM. Confirm count and distribute to troops Refund via ACH to troops that have over paid

December 2025 Early December

Schedule Troop Reward pic-ups (high end rewards sent directly to Girl Scout)

Additional resources are available online at girlscoutsindiana.org. You should receive the following materials the week of August 15, 2025, to distribute to Troops:  

Troop Guides (1per troop) Girl Scout Materials (1per) o In-Person Order Card o M2 Girl Scout Info Flyer

Crossover Opportunity for Troops

Receive 1 adult membership for 2026-2027  Troop Fall Product sales of $500+  Participate in the 2026 Cookie Program and submit Initial Order of 10+ case by January 15, 2026

Service Unit Bonus Opportunity For each troop that participates and sells a minimum of $200 in product and more, the Service Unit will receive a $15 bonus. Deposits will be made by end of December 2025.
