The mares are bred to our Smooth As A Cat bred stud. Mares and foals will be sold separately and we can keep them both till mid September. SADDLE BROKE HORSES

Ranger is a fancy 8 year old. Kayo Toews is putting lots of miles on this guy. Kayo runs a community pasture out at Fiske Sk, where Ranger is on the end of the rope doctoring cattle and dragging calves at branding. A gelding that doesn’t shy away from work.

Ace is a four year old who likes everyone. A pleasant horse to be around and work with. Resch and Reo Noble have been Aces teachers. The Nobles are turning Ace into a solid reliable gelding, that will make a great family horse.

Spark is a fancy red roan yearling that we thought about leaving as a stallion but that ship has sailed now, he will be a stand out gelding some day.

Echo is a good 9 year old double bred Two Eyed Jack mare. We kept her palomino filly from last year to go back into band. She has a palomino horse colt on her that will be a great addition to someones family. Echo is bred back to our roan stallion Bobcat (The Smoothest).

COLT born June 13, 2026, sired by LLW Drift N Peppy and sells as Lot 9a.

This is something special. Walter is a mule foal that has peaked the interest of many. People question that I took one of my best mares to a mamoth jack. Walter is a big strong, hipped up mule with a face anyone could love.

Badger is a fancy three year old grey gelding. He stands 15HH. He has been used extensively on the ranch for all aspects of ranch work, Including sorting pairs, doctoring, moving bulls, and chasing horses. He has a ground covering walk, smooth lope and likes to work. Badger is very trainable and smart; he is starting to really watch a cow. This top end gelding will be a head turner once he matures. This good looking sorrel gelding stands 15.1HH Peppy is a big mover, he likes to cover some ground. He’s one you can just get on and ride off to do a days work. Peppy is Easy to catch and trim feet. He has a soft lope and He knows what gopher holes and bush is all about. Peppy is a Top rope horse prospect.

Blue stands at 15HH and will stop you in your tracks. This gelding has a lot of feel to him. He’s quick and catty. There’s not many jobs he hasnt seen for his age. Blue is very athletic and picks up things with ease. We feel this grade gelding will be a top rope or ranch horse prospect. If you like fancy blueshere’s your guy.

Family horse deluxe! Pal is a pretty palomino gelding, standing 14.2 hands. This very

well muscled four year old is very correct in his confirmation. He has a mind that anyone can get along with. This horse can be left for months and ride off just like you left him. Pal has done most every job on the ranch. People are always looking for family horses who are usually older, but here’s your chance on a four year old family man.

Woody is a hard one for us to let go. However, If you don’t sell the real broke geldings, the young guns don’t get as much experience. This has been Dakotas go to gelding for many years. Woody can do everything, from branding calves, roping bulls and carrying flags at rodeos. He always moves off on a loose rein. This horse is suitable for the inexperienced and experienced riders alike. You can head, heel and break away rope on him. Woody is Very good in the box; he never gets hot. Woody stands 14.3 hands high. This is a real gentleman that our family will miss.

Ace is a 5 year old grade mare, she stands 15 hh, she has a lot of go and will run a calf in the pasture. Been using her all summer in community pasture, doctoring and moving cattle. Good with the rope. Ace has good withers on her also.

Doc is an eight year old gray broke ranch gelding that stands 14.3. He is very athletic and will really work a cow. Doc has the ability to either pick up a pace or drop a gear depending on the rider.

Mbar is a 6 yr old 15.2 bay gelding. He is the kind we have been proud to raise over the years here at Ice

Quarter Horses. His sire is from Carol Rose and her Shining Spark breeding program, with his Dam coming from Pitzer Ranch and their good Two Eyed Red Buck breeding program. Mbar more than lives up to his pedigree, he is big and strong and rides and moves like a working cow horse should. Friendly ,willing and smart he is very handy at any ranch job you point him at. You can put him to work all week on the ranch then load him up on the weekend for a jackpot or for the kids to use at a gymkhana. Watch for videos of him on Ice Quarter Horse Facebook page.

Coco is a 3 year old mare that stands at 14.2 HH and will continue to grow. She is a very free moving horse, whether it is loping circles or sorting cows, it all comes easy for her. Coco is currently being exposed to our day-to-day jobs on the ranch and takes everything in stride. We really like these MACS DANDY DECORE horses; they are athletic and solid minded.

This is a big ranch style broodmare that I raised. She has a nice head and a soggy hip. Her colts always have a little extra size. My main broodmare band extends from KITTYS SLY SOCKS, originally purchased from Gord, and we continue to ride and raise MAJOR KAYCEE LEAGUER bred horses. Echo is bred back to TWO BLUE JAKE.

Cody is one we are offering along with Wiebe Ranch. These horses all go through our program; getting started as a 2 yr old, then back to Rob for miles sorting pairs, checking pasture,

and general ranch use. They then return to us to spend time on the community pasture and in the arena getting polished up and ready for a new home. Cody has been branding calves, doctoring, trailing cattle, and many long days covering miles checking cows. He has been my go to horse all summer! An incredibly smooth long trot makes him an easy choice. He is quiet, and loads/ trailers well. This horse would have no problem going absolutely any direction you want to take him, he’s handled everything we’ve thrown at him like a champ. I am offering a well-mannered, dependable 9-year-old Palomino gelding. Fajita is a true gentleman to handle; easy to catch, great for

the farrier, and loads/trailers with ease. Under saddle, he is a straightforward “get on and go” type. He handles time off well with no change in his demeanor. Fajita is quiet and steady. He has a versatile resume, including arena work, mountain trail experience, and cattle work. Currently he is under consistent arena training and all aspects of outdoor riding, and is fit and ready for a job.His one quirk is he is dominant and does not get along well with other horses. Slim is a registered 3 year old AQHA gelding currently standing 14.2 hh that is kind, quiet, and laid back with a lot of potential. He had a great start put on him in the spring of 2025 and was then rode a handful of times over the summer.

He has been brought back into work this spring and was used for calving and has been getting used at the community pasture.Slim has been rode both indoor and out, roped the heel-o-matic, doctors cattle out in the pasture, ropes both ends and tie off no problem, ties good, stands for the farrier, trailers and hauls well, easy to catch and is the first one to meet you at the gate and he is just a pleasure to be around. He gets along great with other horses and is currently in a mixed herd of mares and geldings without issue. Slim is used to dogs, cows, and equipment. Slim has absolutely no buck, bolt or rear in him and not much phases him, he has a friendly easy going demeanor that would make him a great addition to anyone’s herd. ality that makes him enjoyable to have around.Ruger has extensive ranch experience and has been our go to horse for riding coulees, gathering, sorting cattle and checking pasture. He is very cowy and has the grit to keep up with horses twice his size. Ruger has been started correctly and has developed a nice handle in the arena. Moves off your legs and has been exposed to light roping. His athletic ability makes him a prospect for ranch, roping, team penning or cow horse events.

This little sorrel is going to be one of a kind. He is very athletic, this past winter and spring he was road in the arena. Pepper is very handy on his feet and has a willing mindset. He carries a nice hip and good bone to support him. He has chased the hellomatic and seen some outside miles. A gelding that in the right hands is going to go big places.

This gelding is a puppy dog, amazing to catch and overall just a nice animal to be around. Personable, responsive and willing to the trainer. Dewy has been rode outside and indoors tracking the heelomatic . He has a nice gate but can be a little on the lazy side but it has always benefited him as he is so easy to get along with. A gelding that will grow up to be a nice all around horse.

Super Dandy Storm

This is a big strong gentle horse, that is a quiet, very willing gelding. He has strong legs and a big hip. Storm has been to a few branding and rode in pasture. Started as a three year old he was a slow start but with time and patience he came around quick. A rocking chair lope and no problems dragging calves to the fire.

This good looking, chromed up 15 year old sorrel gelding sells as grade. He has been used for all types of ranch work and used frequently as a heading horse. He’s pretty easy to catch and is suitable for most riders. He’s got a long stride and is comfortable to ride and some pretty good speed as well.

STALLION RESIDES AT BAR HEART RANCH

Daughter Shayna and I were looking for a stud that had proven blood lines and a broke performance horse. We found Bobcat. Hes a 15hh 14 year old red roan stallion. A wonderful dispo-

sition, and his offspring are very trainable. Smoothie is a gentleman with the mares but gets the job done. His sire is over $500000 in earnings and his dam over $250000. Smoothie hadnt seen the competition ring for 5 years, Austin Dow took him to Airdrie cutting competion and won the ranch cutting with a score of 72 last spring. Smoothie has a great undercarriage with lots of foot and bone. We will be standing Bobcat here at the ranch. Our Mares on offer have all been exposed to The Smoothest aka Bobcat.

Don Wickberg

There is great sadness in our hearts that we are offering these 3 geldings for sale as they were our friend the late Don Wickberg’s favourite pastime. Don enjoyed nothing more that being on the back of a horse.

Don’s saddles and various tack will be offered sale day. Don was particular and looked after his stuff.

RIDDEN BY:

Don bought this big guy in last years sale as a two year old. Don turned him out for the winter to let him grow up. Corey Wiebe put a month and a half on him as a two year old. Resch Noble is now riding Pepsie at 16.1hh he is a big soft moving gelding.

Trapper is well put up and well broke 11 year old grade gelding. I had the pleasure of riding him as a 3 year old in phoenix one winter. He has spent all his winters south roping. Not high powered roping but daily. Trapper would be a great addition to anyones barn.

Tanked At The Bar

Major is a seven year old who has seen alot of work. Ryan Noble started this guy and Don bought him as a three year old from our sale. He has been in Phoenix for the winters, seen lots of daily roping. Beau Churchill took Major last summer where he seen lots of ranch work on the community pasture. Nice usable gelding
