Cuando los hermanos Revert, fundadores de Skyline Design®, pisaron esta espectacular región, supieron que era la localización perfecta para fotografiar su catálogo, y así ha seguido siendo los últimos años.

Esta vez hemos querido centrarnos en la espesa vegetación y la maravillosa paleta de verdes que nos ofrece la isla, seleccionando espacios y modernas villas donde nuestros muebles brillen con luz propia, se pueda apreciar su máximo potencial y transporten al espectador haciéndole soñar y desear con poder estar disfrutando bajo el sol de Bali en uno de nuestras cómodas y bonitas piezas.

For years we have had an idyll with the Indonesian island of Bali. Its light, its impressive wild landscapes, its virgin beaches and its people conquered us from the first moment.

When the Revert brothers, founders of Skyline Design®, stepped on this spectacular region, they knew it was the perfect location to photograph their catalogue, and this has continued to be the last years.

This time we wanted to focus on the thick vegetation and the wonderful palette of greens that the island offers, selecting spaces and modern villas where our furniture shines with its own light, you can appreciate its maximum potential and transport the viewer making him dream and wish to be enjoying under the sun of Bali in one of our comfortable and beautiful pieces.

We are a Spanish luxury outdoor furniture brand which designs, manufactures and distributes around the world. Our brand is mainly recognized for our spectacular daybeds, which has been chosen to furnish many hotels and resorts of the main hotel chains of the globe such as Palladium, Hyatt, Sheraton, Hilton or Marriot among others. These pieces contribute a sophisticated design to the spaces that furnish and a pleasant sensation of luxury and comfort to those who enjoy them, both key points of our success.

We take a special careful development of our products using high quality materials such as synthetic fibers, aluminium or waterproof upholstery, that are safe for the environment and 100% recyclable. The handmade finishes of the manufacturation process like the artisan weaving, gives a special touch of personality to our pieces.

With a solid distribution network around the world, we have managed to be present in the five continents, being Indonesia our exclusive manufacturing point. To this must be added the new and impressive showroom that we recently opened in the city of Surabaya (Indonesia) and that will undoubtedly be a new triumph for the recognition of our brand.

DESIGNERS

Cebu, Philippines

Born in Cebu, Philippines, Noel began his career as a draftsman. After years in the sector, he had a turning point in his life and it is when he decides that he wants to become a world-known designer.

Currently, he is the head of R&D and the Skyline Design® chief designer. Nature and humanity are his main sources of inspiration for his designs, creating pieces that instinctively turn into elegant forms endowed with great comfort.

Noel has a long career with more than two decades of experience in the design world. He has a unique creativity that added to his great knowledge of the latest techniques and technologies has led him to be awarded in several international prestigious events.

Onteniente, Spain

The talented designer Belén Burguete, feels passionate about design, technology and good ideas, she was the newest addition the last season and the firm has wanted her to continue.

Based in Onteniente (Valencia), she studied at the School of Arts and Crafts of Alcoy, and founded her own design studio in 2010 called “EstudiB3” which developes all kinds of projects. Belén has designed for Skyline Design® several outdoor sets that have had really good reviews, all of them inspired by nature and created with natural materials that perfectly matches the environment.

Valencia, Spain

Santiago Sevillano was born in Valencia in 1975. After reaching the mastery of upholstered furniture in his father’s studio, he studied Industrial Design at the Polytechnic University of Valencia and San Pablo CEU University.

Santiago has been working as a product designer since he finished university, he is a member of ADCV BEDA. His designs have been published in several media publications, both written (CASAVIVA, CASAHOGAR, DDN, INTERNI MAGAZINE, Merkado, LUST, etc.) or online (Core77, yankodesign, Notcot, Trendhunter, designspotter, desingmilk, design and designo, etc.)

His latest work for Skyline Design® is our cover piece, the innovative daybed Surabaya, manufactured in several colors and available to be combined in different ways.

Desde 2019 todos nuestros cojines incorporan un forro 100% poliéster con un tratamiento anti-moho de forma que se ofrece una protección extra a la espuma o fibra termosellada añadiendo un plus de garantía a la durabilidad de estos materiales.

TELAS

Utilizamos las más prestigiosas marcas del sector. Nuestras telas están elegidas con gran atención al detalle, y diseñadas con robustas características de desempeño que dan resistencia contra el el deslavado y la degradación por la luz solar y la exposición a químicos. COVER

Since 2019 all our cushions have a 100% polyester lining with an anti-mildew treatment so that an extra protection is offered to the foam or heat-sealed fiber, adding a plus guarantee to the durability of these materials.

TELA 3D

Además hemos añadido una tela3D en la parte inferior de los cojines de base que facilita la respiración y el drenaje del agua y evita la creación de moho.

MATERIALES Y MANTENIMIENTO

ALUMINIO

El aluminio es un metal perfecto para la fabricación de muebles de exterior debido a sus propiedades antioxidantes, su ligereza y su gran durabilidad, así como por su gran resistencia a golpes y arañazos. Utilizamos aluminio reforzado de entre 1,8mm y 3mm de grosor. Gracias a sus propiedades antioxidantes, se trata de un material ideal para su uso en zonas costeras. Para un correcto mantenimiento recomendamos limpiar regularmente con agua templada y jabón.

TEKA

La Teka es una madera con unas propiedades excelentes para la fabricación de mobiliario de uso exterior por su gran resistencia, impermeabilidad, y su gran dureza. El secreto de su gran resistencia a la intemperie se basa en sus ceñidas vetas y aceites naturales. Su limitada absorción de humedad la protege de posibles deformaciones. Para su correcto mantenimiento limpiar con agua y jabón neutro. Igualmente, se recomienda la aplicación esporádica de aceites específicos para Teka que no contengan alcohol ni sustancias químicas.

FIBRA SINTÉTICA

Fibras de polietileno de alta densidad diseñadas específicamente para la fabricación de mobiliario de exteriores. Además de su resistencia a los rayos ultravioleta a la intemperie y a temperaturas extremas, es un material resistente a los impactos y a la decoloración, duradero, fácil de limpiar y respetuoso con el medio ambiente.

CUERDAS

Limpiar con agua y una solución jabonosa con un paño suave o un cepillo de cerdas suaves, teniendo cuidado de no deshilacharlo. Las tiras de poli y la cuerda se pueden lavar para una limpieza profunda eficaz.

TELAS

Tejidos diseñados para resistir todo tipo de condiciones climatológicas. Ideal para su uso tanto en interior como en exterior. Sus fibras se impregnan en tinte durante el proceso de fabricación, dando como resultado tejidos de gran durabilidad. El tratamiento aplicado a los tejidos Sunbrella les otorga capacidad para repeler el agua y la suciedad, haciéndolos extremadamente fáciles de limpiar. Para su correcto mantenimiento se recomienda lavar a máquina a temperatura no superior a 40ºC. Aquellos tejidos que no puedan ser quitados para su lavado a máquina, se pueden lavar a mano con un cepillo suave, agua, jabón y dejar secar al aire libre.

MATERIALS

ALUMINIUM

Las fundas de Skyline Design son impermeables y repelen el agua, el aceite y la suciedad, protegiendo el mueble de forma eficaz. No utilizar para cubrir los cojines de forma permanente, porque se podría formar humedad junto a las costuras de la funda y dejar manchas de moho en la tela. Antes de utilizar las fundas, el mueble y los cojines tienen que estar secos. Tenga en cuenta que las fundas están adaptadas especialmente a sus muebles y es necesario colocarlas correctamente. No guardar o doblar las fundas húmedas, dejar que se sequen en un lugar con buena ventilación. Para limpiar las fundas utilice un paño suave, agua caliente y un producto de limpieza suave si es necesario. Los disolventes no son aptos para la limpieza de las fundas porque pueden atacar, dañar o decolorar la superficie a tratar.

To bring back to it’s rich original colour, we recommend the application of a Teak oil to the surface to renew it’s rick colour and texture.

FIBER

High-density polyethylene wicker developed to meet all standard specifications for outdoor furniture. This weaving material offers a carefree outdoor furniture, UV resistant, weatherproof and temperature resistant, strong and durable, colorfast, scratch-free easy to clean, environmentally friendly and 100% recyclable.

POLY STRAPS & ROPE

Clean with water and soap solution with a soft cloth or soft bristle brush, be careful not to cause fraying. Poly straps and rope can be power washed for effective deep cleaning.

FABRICS

Innovative fabrics designed to withstand all types of weather, ideal for both indoor and outdoor applications. Sunbrella fibers are steeped in top quality dyes during the manufacturing process making it ultra-durable. The finishing treatment applied to all Sunbrella fabrics repels liquids and dirt, making them extremely easy to keep clean. Sunbrella fabrics can be machine washed at 40ºC. Fabrics covers that cannot be removed for washing can be cleaned with a soft-bristle brush and soapy water. Rinse with clear water and let air dry.

SKYLINE DESIGN® COVERS

Skyline Design covers are backcoated to resist water, oil and dirt, functioning to protect the furniture. They are not recommended as a permanent cover for cushions, as moisture may collect and lead to the formation of mold stains. Furniture and cushions should be thoroughly dry before using the covers. Please note that the covers are especially tailored to your furniture item and precise placement is required (indicates by the yellow or brown piping). Never pack or fold covers that have become wet; instead, let them dry in a well-ventilated place. Use a soft cloth and warm water to clean the covers, using a gentle upholstery cleaner if necessary. Solvents are not suitable for cleaning the covers as these are aggressive to the surface and may cause damage and decoloration.

Un hashtag que engloba a un equipo, un lugar y un proyecto. De esta manera coge forma una idea que lleva gestándose meses en las mentes de nuestro equipo creativo. Llegar hasta aquí ha supuesto muchas horas de planificación, gestión y proyección. Selección de materiales y tapizados, viajes a Surabaya, donde se encuentra nuestra fabrica y equipo técnico, reuniones en España con los fotógrafos, videógrafos y dirección de arte, organizar las rutas, seleccionar las localizaciones, elegir a los modelos… nada se dejó al azar en este proyecto. Intensas jornadas de trabajo desde el alba hasta el atardecer dieron como resultado el catálogo que contemplas, donde 8 nuevas colecciones y 6 de nuestras series más icónicas salen a la luz para enamorar al espectador, dispuestas a amueblar los mejores hoteles y resorts del globo.

A hashtag that includes a team, a place and a project. This is how an idea that has been for months in the minds of our creative team takes shape. Arriving here has involved many hours of planning, management and projection. Selection of materials and upholstery, trips to Surabaya, where our factory and technical department is located, meetings in Spain with photographers, videographers and the art direction manager, organize the routes, select the locations, choose the models ... nothing was left to chance in this project.
