1. Portes pagados a partir de 1500 euros en todo el territorio español, excepción de Canarias, Ceuta, Melilla y resto de Europa, que siempre corren a cargo del cliente. Todo importe menor a 1000 euros tendrá un recargo en la factura final de un 15% de portes.

2. El transporte incluye sólo mercancía hasta la puerta del cliente, si se encargara por adelantado a una ubicación diferente de la habitual, le serán cargados los portes a razón de 60 euros el m3.

3. No se admitirán reclamaciones ni devoluciones después del transcurso de 15 días a contar desde la fecha de recepción y firma del albarán de la mercancía por parte del cliente. No se aceptarán devoluciones por roturas o daños varios de la mercancía si no se notifica a la agencia o a Joenfa, dentro de las 24 horas de la recepción de la mercancía. Las devoluciones posteriores bajo la aceptación de fábrica de la mercancía a abonar, sufrirá una depreciación en su valor del 25% sobre la tarifa en su día de entrega sin ninguna exclusión posible.

4. En lo que se refiere a los cojines, metrajes tela, mercancía urgente que no se cursen en su normal procedimiento y se tengan que enviar por agencias de transporte urgentes o cualquier otro tipo de transporte la factura tendrá un recargo extra del 15%. La mercancía desde su salida de fábrica por un canal de distribución diferente al habitual corre por cuenta y riesgo del comprador.

5. Los productos seguirán bajo dominio de Joenfa hasta su total liquidación.

6. En esta Tarifa de Precios se detalla expresamente en que acabado se realiza cada producto, otro acabado especial y medidas especiales siempre se tendrá que avisar a fábrica y se informará al cliente, si es posible, en cuanto tiempo podrá recibir la mercancía.

7. En caso de litigio, las partes se someten a la Jurisdicción de los Tribunales de Justicia de Xàtiva (Valencia).

GENERAL SALE CONDITIONS

1. Transport costs from 1500 euros in the whole Spanish territory, with the exception of the Canary Islands, Ceuta, Melilla and the rest of Europe, at all times the responsibility of the client. Any amount of less than 1000 euros will be charged in the final invoice as 15% transport fee.

2. No claims or returns will be admitted after 15 days have elapsed as of the date of reception and signature of the despatch advice for the merchandise by the customer. No returns due to breakage or damages of the merchandise will be accepted unless the agency or Joenfa are notified within 24 hours of receipt of the goods. Subsequent returns under the acceptance by the factory of the goods to be paid will be subject to depreciation in their value of 25% on the tariff on their day of delivery, with no possible exception.

3. As for cushions, fabric measurements, urgent goods that are not subject to normal procedure and to be sent by urgent transport agencies or any other type of transport, the corresponding invoice will bear an extra surcharge of 15%. Goods transported ex-works by any channel of distribution other than the habitual one will be the responsibility and risk of the purchaser.

4. The products will remain the property of Joenfa until paid for in full.

5. This Tariff of prices specifically details the finish for each product, other special finishes and special measurements, at all times after prior notification to the factory. The customer will be informed, if possible, of the delivery term of the goods.

6. In the event of litigation, the parties will submit to the Jurisdiction of the Courts of Justice of Xátiva (Valencia).

CONDITIONS GÉNÉRALES DE VENTE

1. Ports payés à partir de 1500 euros dans tout le territoire espagnol, à l’exception des Canaries, Ceuta, Melilla et reste de l’Europe, où les ports seront à la charge du client. Tout montant inférieur à 1000 euros aura une majoration de 15% en frais de port sur la facture finale.

2. Aucune réclamation et aucun retour ne seront admis aprés une période de 15 jours à partir de la date de réception et du bon de marchandise signé par le client. Aucune réclamation ne sera acceptée pour détérioration ou divers dommages de la marchandise si rien n’a été mentionné à l’agence ou à Joenfa dans les 24 heures qui suivent la réception de la marchandise. Les retours postérieurs après acceptation de la marchandise par l’usine subiront une dépréciation de 25% de sa valeur initiale, sans aucune exclusion possible.

3. En ce qui concerne les coussins, métrage tissu, marchandise urgente qui ne seront pas envoyés par le processus normal mais à travers d’agence de transport urgent ou autre type de transport, la facture sera augmentée de 15%. La marchandise depuis sa sortie de l’usine par un canal de distribution différent à l’habituel sera au risque et péril de l’acheteur.

4. Les produits seront sous le domaine de Joenfa jusqu’à sa liquidation totale.

5. Dans la liste des prix, il est détallé expréssement la finition de chaque produit. Si toutefois le client souhaite dáutres finitions et mesures spéciales, il devra le comuniquer à l’usine. Si c’est possible, il sera informé du délai de livraison de la marchandise.

6. En cas de litige, les parties se soumettent á la Jurisprudence des Tribunaux de Justice de Xativa (Valencia).

CONDICIONES DE PAGO

1. Pago contado a la descarga de la mercancía, pago por adelantado o giro a 8 días vista tendrán un 2% de descuento.

2. En los pagos al contado que no fuesen atendidos a su vencimiento (máximo 10 días desde que se emitió la factura) les será cargado el descuento por pronto pago de la factura no atendida, en la presente factura.

3. Giro a 30 días.

4. Giros que no fuesen atendidos a su vencimiento serán incrementados con los gastos de devolución e intereses de demora.

5. La primera compra se abonará mediante transferencia bancaria antes de la entrega de la mercancía.

PAYMENT CONDITIONS

1. Cash payment upon delivery of the goods or by giro at 8 days will be subject to a 2% discount.

2. Cash payments not liquidated by their due date, (maximum 10 days after issue of invoice) will be charged with the prompt payment discount of the invoice not liquidated in the following invoice.

3. Giro at 30 days.

4. Giros not liquidated by their due date will be increased with the return expenses and delay interests.

5. The first purchase will be paid by means of bank transfer before delivery of the goods.

CONDITION DE PAIEMENT

1. Escompte de 2% pour tout paiement comptant dès livraison de la marchandise ou virement en 8 jours francs.

2. Pour tout paiement comptant non réglé à l’ escompte pour paiement comptant de la facture non réglée sur la suivante.

3. Virement à 30 jours.

4. Tout virement non réglé à l’ échéance subira des frais de retour pour non paiement et des intèrets de retard.

5. Le premier achat sera règlè par transfert bancaire avant livraison de la marchandise.
