Height adjustable feet

Easy Drain shower drains are supplied with adjustable legs for easy height adjustment and levelling as well as fixing the build-in set during installation. Our Wall models come with a special mount for easy application against the wall.

Wet area sealing system

Our Wet area Sealing System offers a guaranteed safe watertight system solution, in combination with an Easy Drain with Water Protection System (WPS). This seal kit ensures water tightness including warranty of 10 years!

Water protection system

The innovative Water Protection System (WPS) provides an easy-to-install and safe-to-assemble sealing system for linear shower- and floor drains. This WPS-system consists of a flexible waterproofing membrane which is connected to the linear drain’s stainless steel flanges or the floor drain’s special cuff. This way, leaking as a result of faulty installation due to unfavorable conditions is eliminated.

Grate removal tool

Easy Drain shower drains are supplied with a Grate Removal Tool to easily remove the grate for cleaning and maintaining your shower drain

TAF (Tile Adjustable Frame)

The innovative TAF-system is fully adjustable at the time of tiling. TAF saves time and ensures a perfect fit with any thickness of floor material. TAF-system is available in standard (7-18 mm), high version (17-28 mm) and low version (3-13 mm)

Secondary drainage

With our patented TAF-system (Tile Adjustable Frame) we offer a unique option to apply secondary drainage in a barrier-free installation. This way, any water leaking under the tiles due to porous sealant or cracks can flow back into the shower drain.

Complete sets

ESS products are supplied as complete set that only consists of a few parts which enable a quick and easy installation. By using our crystal clear installation- advice and videos, assembling an Easy Drain is only a matter of seconds!

We offer our product data in BIM-format. These BIM files are compatible with architectural CAD software Autodesk Revit and available in ICF format: the open and neutral data format for BIM in the construction industry.

Working with BIM offers the possibility to simplify the design and implementation (costs) of construction projects. BIM stands for “Building Information Modelling” and makes it possible to visualize the construction process in a single model. TAF: a height adjustable grate support frame, which ensures a perfect and smooth levelling of the grate to any tile thickness and offers simultaneously secondary water drainage.

Sealing Solutions SAM is a revolutionary sealing system based on elastic foam technology. The self-adhesive sealing membrane can be glued directly to wall and floor surfaces without using additional liquid sealing material. Self-adhesive bonding strip

For an even better adhesion to the Easy Drain, with the chosen substrate it’s possible to mount this self-adhesive bonding strip to the bottom of the drain. The set consists of two self-adhesive strips with a sand structure and a degreasing agent for optimal mounting. Self-adhesive bonding stirp for the Compact 50 to 120 cm. In case of longer lengths than 120 cm, it’s nesseccary to order 2 sets.

it is our goal to offer a solution with Slim Tube for the again and again problematic installation of drainage pipes. Frequently, it happens with renovation as well as with new building that 7cm thick partition walls are utilized, which are affected in their stability when a common drainage pipe is laid in (which has to be at least a 4 to 5 cm deep slit that must be milled in the wall). how badly the wall is affected in its stability depends on the state of the wall. with renovations, the deep slit could cause damaging of the wall of the neighbouring room.

with an installation depth of only 2 cm, the Slim Tube offers an optimal solution for this problem. Due to the elongated flat ellipse shape, the Slim Tube has a comparable cross-cut like a drainage pipe of approximately 50mm Ø. This exceeds the minimum requirements with regard to the flow of a drainage pipe of 40mm Ø. because of the low installation depth of 2 cm, every wall construction stays unchanged. Adjoined wall damages are a part of the past. The drain can also be brought in front of a wall and leveled with a 2 cm thick ceramic plate (construction plate/gypsum cardboard plate), rough plaster and so on. because the installation depth is minimal, the sound transmission in other rooms is low as well.

Slim Tube is suitable for many applications. As drain pipe, Slim Tube can be connected to sinks, fountains, bidets, washing machines and so on. Soon, it will also be possible to, for example, connect horizontally the outlets of two sinks in the middle by means of a T-piece coupler.

given that the Slim Tube is also available in longer lengths, it is well suitable for continuous aeration and ventilation in the bathrooms. last mentioned is one of the most common problems of drainage technology.

Slim Tube consists of bondable parts and it is very easy to shorten. From that, the product can be brought to the desired length without much effort. Slim Tube is an evolved outlet. with its low installation depth, multifunctional usability and its flexibility can be considered as a revolutionary and practical invention.

WTW-System

While taking a shower, a large amount of warm water is lost directly through the shower drain. The Easy Drain® WTWsystem ensures that the heat energy of the dissipated shower water is transferred to the cold tap water via a doublewalled spiral, which is then heated by 10 °C. The preheated water is directed to the water heater or (thermostatic) mixer tap of the shower. The Easy Drain® WTW-system does not only lower the heating costs, but also improves the energy efficiency of the house and thus contributes to a sustainable future.

Easy Drain® WTW is easy to install and maintain. Thanks to the Easy Drain® Multi technology, the WTW system can be simply coupled to the Easy Drain® WTW-Multi-shower drains and most of the Easy Drain® shower drains from the Aqua series. All shower drains with Multi-technology are rotatable and height-adjustable, thus offering a high degree of installation flexibility.

Installation & connection

The Easy Drain® WTW Heat recovery system is height-adjustable by means of positioning feet on the underside of the housing. After installing the WTW-system, the system can easily be coupled to an Easy Drain® Multi-shower drain or a shower drain from the Aqua series. Thanks to the applied Multi-technique, the system can be sealed with a sealing rubber and optionally with a WPS sealing

cloth. The shower drain is still rotatable and adjustable in height afther the installation.

The WTW-system has two copper connections: one for cold tap water and one for warm water. The third connection, a round PVC pipe, must be connected to the sewer via a drain pipe.

Maintenance

The Easy Drain® WTW–system, combined with the Multi–technology, can easily be cleaned by means of the removable grate and siphon. After removal of the siphon, your drain pipe cleaning shaft is accessible.

In order to obtain the heat transfer in the heat exchanger, the Easy-Drain-WTW-system has to be cleaned 1 to 2 times a year.
