HOW TO MAKE FRIED RICE












Step 1

Gather all your ingredients:
Cooked rice
Eggs





Tools:
Frying pan
Spatula
Small bowls

Step 2



Heat the pan and add the rice
Pour a little oil into the frying pan, then add the cooked rice.


Spread it evenly using a spatula.


Step 3




Create a well in the center and pour the beaten eggs
Push the rice to the sides to make a hole in the middle. Then pour the beaten eggs into the center of the pan.

Scramble the eggs and mix with the rice
Cook the eggs until they start to set, then mix them together with the rice using the spatula.

Add soy sauce and sesame oil
Pour soy sauce (and sesame oil if available) onto the rice mixture. Stir well until the color is even.






Step 6


Add green onions and mix well Sprinkle chopped green onions on top, then stir everything until well combined and evenly cooked.
