RideControl Dash 2 places essential information and functions within easy reach, giving you effortless confidence on every ride. Ergonomic controls and intuitive displays simplify your settings, creating a ride experience that feels completely natural and tailored to you. You can connect the display units wirelessly to the RideControl App and configure the controller to your personal preferences.

HIGH POWER
Building on the lightweight 5.7 lbs design of the Pro 3 motor, SyncDrive Pro 3X delivers up to 800W of peak power with an upgraded 100 Nm of torque. This results in an 11% improvement in torque-to-weight ratio, providing stronger climbing performance and improved control in technical terrain.
FAST RESPONSE
With an ultra-fast response time of just 0.24 seconds, the motor delivers maximum torque almost instantly, whether starting from a standstill or riding at low speeds. Six advanced sensors continuously monitor rider input and trail conditions, ensuring power delivery is both immediate and smooth.
SUSTAINED POWER
SyncDrive Pro 3X is engineered to maintain powerful assist levels even at high cadences, giving you sustained support over longer periods. With a maximum support ratio of 400%, the motor can deliver up to four times the rider’s input. Riders can further fine-tune the assist ratio, maximum torque, and responsiveness to match personal riding preferences.
SMART ASSIST
Smart Assist is an automatic adaptive support mode. This intelligent system uses six sensors and advanced algorithms to determine the optimum power support needed on variable terrain. Smart Assist also maximizes efficiency by not using unnecessary energy. And since it always delivers just the right amount of pedaling support, it maximizes the energy efficiency of the rider as well.
ENERGYPAK SMART 800
The EnergyPak Smart battery system delivers maximum range and consistent high-output performance for demanding E-MTB riding. Its 800Wh capacity supports sustained power delivery on long climbs and extended time in higher assist modes, while advanced cell management ensures efficient energy use and reliable output across varied terrain.
The Stance E+ is designed for seamless integration of the battery pack and is compatible with either the EnergyPak 800 for long or high-intensity rides. You can also use the EnergyPak Plus range extender, adding 250Wh or 200Wh for epic rides. All battery configurations are easily removable for convenient charging and transport, designed to work seamlessly with Giant’s E+ system.
RIDECONTROL DASH 2
This new control unit features a 1.5-inch, high-resolution color screen for enhanced visibility. It’s integrated with the handlebar/grip for optimal comfort and control. The buttons allow you to switch support levels and each of the five modes (Eco, Tour, Active, Sport, Power) is a different color, helping you easily identify it at a glance. The controller shows battery level and range along with standard cycling data such as speed, cadence and distance. It also has sound effects for the new Giant E-Lock and Apple Find My security features.
FLEXPOINT SUSPENSION
This updated rear suspension system delivers smooth control and uncompromising efficiency for confident trail riding performance. Its single-pivot design isolates the rear shock and produces 140mm of fully active, ground-tracking suspension. The result is greater control to fly down technical descents and hammer up steep climbs.
KEY BENEFITS
ULTRA-SMOOTH ACTION
This linkage-driven, single-pivot system produces consistent damping and spring performance throughout its travel. The rear shock is isolated to provide small-bump sensitivity through the entire wheel path, delivering a smooth, active feel through the entire shock stroke with no harsh bottom-outs.
PRECISION AND STABILITY
A one-piece rocker arm saves weight and allows the rocker to fully grip the shock, ensuring consistent shock movement and efficient transfer of trail impacts. It’s engineered to have less rear triangle deformation, which improves frame stability, and higher anti-rise performance to help resist rear wheel lift and low anti-rise kinematics to help to maintain balanced geometry and rear wheel traction under hard braking forces.
LESS IS MORE
The minimal flexing action of the chainstay/seatstay junction creates a ground-tracking, fully active system with fewer complex pivots, linkages and additional frame reinforcements. This makes it a durable system that requires less maintenance.
E-TUNED SUSPENSION
Crest suspension products featured on Stance E+ bikes provide increased support and motion damping to compensate for added bike weight and improve traction on variable trail surfaces.

This results in an 11% improvement in torque-to-weight ratio, providing stronger climbing performance and better control in technical terrain. It’s engineered to maintain powerful assist levels at a wide range of cadences, giving you sustained support over longer periods. Beyond the motor, rear suspension is engineered with enhanced anti-squat to minimize energy loss and improve pedaling efficiency.
TOTAL TRAIL CONFIDENCE
New FlexPoint suspension delivers 140mm of active rear travel paired with a 150mm fork for smoother, more capable handling than the previous generation’s 125/140mm setup. Updated geometry further elevates performance. A steeper 76.5-degree seat tube angle puts you in a stronger, more efficient climbing position, while a slacker 64.5-degree head tube angle and increased bottom bracket drop lower the center of gravity for greater stability and control. The result is total confidence when the trail gets fast, steep, and technical.

From controller setup to fine-tuning motor performance, the new Giant E+ System makes it easy to customize your ride. Support modes are clearly color-coded, and the RideControl Dash 2 lets you decide exactly which data you want to see. Longer lasting EnergyPak Smart 800, and you also have the option to add an EnergyPak Plus 250Wh or 200Wh range extender for epic days out.
