Built for long, hot days and sustained high-intensity riding, the Rev Pro is engineered to perform when conditions are at their most demanding. Advanced Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD) analysis and thermal mapping guided the development of an aggressively optimized vent layout and internal airflow channels, delivering rapid heat evacuation at climbing speeds while maintaining low drag as speeds increase on the flats. Oversized vents are made possible by an integrated arch reinforcement that efficiently distributes impact forces, enabling a lighter structure without compromising protection.
At just 280g, Rev Pro pairs dual-density EPS, a full lower hard body shell, and Mips® Air Node Pro to deliver advanced impact protection, validated by a five-star rating from the Virginia Tech Helmet Safety Lab.
