Throughout my life, I've let my imagination, creativity, and curiosity guide me to where I am today. Today I'm proud to say that I love what we can transform with an image, good planning, and organization of ideas. Art is a discipline in which I can spend hours without getting bored, and I even losetrackoftime.Forme,artisdividedintoseveral parts: inspiration, creation, and conclusion or presentation. On the other hand, art can also be many things: writing, drawing, sculpture, music, acting, etc. But each of these arts has in common the fact that in each one you can express yourself, havefun,relax,andenjoytheprocess.Inmycase,I could spend hours painting, making crafts, and in somecaseswriting.Iliketopaintwithbrightcolors and draw with meaning; to create with purpose and functionality, and write to share a story, a lesson,andadvice.

"ElRincóndelCafé”isacoffeeshopcreatedwiththepurpose of studying, finding peace, and holding business meetings. Therefore, the interior is spacious, interactive, and adaptable to any customer's needs. It even has an outdoor bar in case guests want to hang out with friends. This way, a balance can be maintained, as guests who want to relax can stay inside, while those who want to have a good time with friends can stay outside.

"Araceli”meansAltarofHeaven.Sheisapieceofartthat represents my personality. This sculpture represents everythingthatbringsushappiness,andhermainelementis air,becausewhenIthinkofheaven,Ifeelatpeace,andwhen I am at peace, I am happy. I like that my work included elements of nature, because I was able to create a motto thatIwillusefortherestofmylife.ThemottoIcreatedis"the sky is not the limit; the limits are set by you. " Don't limit yourself, let everything flow with the air, let your hair down a bitandletyourtruecolorsshine.

"The mind of a Children” is a drawing that represents childhood. The color reflect that children see everything through different eyes, with innocence and hope. They see and don't always think beyond what they experience; they just live in the moment. The puzzle represents children with autism. They are unique and special in many ways, but they are still children and still see the world with more colors than any adult. I've always thoughtweshouldseetheworldthroughthemindofachild,and maybetherewouldn'tbesomuchevil.

"FamilyUnion”:thiscollageshowsthepoweroffamilyunity.A unitedfamilyisstronger;theyprotecteachother.Wecanseefour hands of different sizes; they are different, but they complement each other. Family is the place where our stories begin, and our dreams never die. It's a bond you decide to create. Not everyone belongs to one, but you have the power to choose who your true familyis.

"ThePuertorricanWomen" is unique, strong, and wise. Many believe that Puerto Rican mothers, and women, have the gift of healing. They aren't afraid to speak their minds, fight for what they want, and independently make their way with character and heart. All of them are admirable. They have fought for centuries for the rights ofeachofus,andnevergaveup until they got what they wanted. For me, being a Puerto Rican woman fills me with pride. It means a blend of traits that scientifically make us perfect. I amPuertoRican,andIamproud to say that I come from the "La IsladelEncanto."

“Evolution”isworkofartthatrepresentsthedesign of a large window. It lights up and reflects the word "evolution" on the floor. This window would go in an art museum to be part of those works, and it features the word "evolution," since art is always changing and innovating.Weareallart,andwecanallevolvewithout needinghelp.Trustinyourselfandyourabilities.
"BUILDINGS"
"Buildings" is a collage that reflects myvisionofthefuture. The past and present merge into the future to create something entirely new. The buildings are more sophisticated, as my plans as a future architect are for buildings to be multipurpose, to house homes, shops, medicaloffices,andto bemoreinteractive.At every corner, you can find peace and tranquility to study or spend time with your family. All in the same building. Finally, the buildings will be more sustainable, powered by solar panels and naturalresources.
"Theflowerthatisheard everywhere"

I created "The flower that is heard everywhere” at NC State University's design camp. There, we were asked to make a speaker for a globally recognized brand. I chose Crocs. This speaker is adaptable; that is, it has three speakers that connect into one. The flowers can be detached from the large speaker, and you can take themanywhere;they'reliketheJibbitzonrealCrocs.Plus,ithasmore holestoaccommodatemoreaccessories.
Icreatedaposternamed"Missionoflife:challengeweface”. Thisprojectisinspiredbythenovel"TheCourier,"whichisabout an 18-year-old boy who one day threw a stone at a dog, but whathedidn'tknowwasthatthedogwasgoingtochangethe directionofhismissionofsendingamessage.Intheposter,we can see colors surrounding a keyhole; those colors represent thatthisstorywaslikeadream,andthat'swhytheinsideofthe keyholeisblackandwhite.Weseemountains,themoon,which representsthenight,andadogattheentrancetoapath;these elementsaredangerstheboyfaced.Thisstoryteachesustobe persistent and not let distractions keep us from our ultimate goal.
Imadethemodelof"Thestage",intheaterclass,in which the teacher presented us with a play and we, the students, had to create a set based on it. The play is titled "Contigo aprendí" (With You I Learned), and it's about an elderly lady; so we see that the set has an antiquestyle.Inthisproject,Ilearnedtoworkwithscale measurements. It was quite challenging, but you learn something new every day. I really enjoyed creating this model and every time I worked on it, I put all my effort and dedication into it. I realize more and more that my passionisdesign,creation,andelaboration.
