How Information is Used
Student information and photographs are used only to:
• Provide contracted school photography services
• Produce school-related materials
• Fulfill parent orders
Geskus does not sell or share student data or images.
Security & Accountability
Access to student data and images is limited to authorized team members only. All information is stored in secure, access-controlled systems designed to prevent unauthorized access or misuse.
Geskus employs only W-2 staff members. Each employee completes comprehensive background screening prior to employment and is trained in privacy and confidentiality expectations. Schools trust us with something irreplaceable; the images and information of their students.
We take that responsibility seriously. Every part of the Geskus program is built to keep your community’s data protected and private.

We like to break the mold and get a little more creative with the pictures we take. Each year, we introduce a new posing style and a new set of complimentary backgrounds to keep things fresh and interesting.
We decide on our portrait plan through a process of internal suggestions, customer feedback review, and extensive testing.

I have had the pleasure of working with Geskus as the principal of Cawley Middle School since 2012. Geskus has provided high quality pictures and service for the students, staff and parents. The senior leadership and photographers have always been collaborative and very accommodating in meeting the photography needs of the school.
Geskus’ attention to detail in scheduling, ordering and picture days has been top notch. If there is an issue Geskus has always responded and problem solved in a timely manner Geskus takes individual school photos, club photos, athletic team pictures, pictures for the 8th grade musical, class pictures, recognition ceremony photos and staff photos. Geskus also supports the development of yearbooks.
Geskus has provided frames for groups photos and printed banners that market the school’s theme and portrait of a learner The entire organization has made the process for school photography seamless.
