A
new hotel has opened in Buknari, an emerging resort area on Georgia’s Black Sea coast in Adjara, around a 15-minute drive from Batumi. The 100-room Buknari Hotel features a restaurant, indoor swimming pool, conference facilities, spa, lounge and massage rooms. Outdoor amenities include a padel court, walking trails and recreational areas. Set directly on the Black Sea coast, between subtropical forest and the sea, the hotel offers guests direct access to the beach. All rooms feature panoramic views of the Black Sea and Adjara’s mountainous landscape. Lisi Development has invested $20 million in the project. The hotel employs around 120 local and international professionals and is operated in line with international hospitality standards. Continued from page 6
