Future of Real Assets

Thursday, April 16
Doors Open at 4 p.m. ET
Gaston Hall / Georgetown University

For over a decade, the Steers Luminaries Series has convened leaders of the industry to discuss how to navigate shifts in the real assets landscape. Today, that landscape faces more changes than ever as digital infrastructure, energy-intensive assets, and new capital demands reshape how investors think about real assets and long-term value creation. Simultaneously with these new trends, the traditional real estate marketplace is experiencing a bounce-back as buyer and seller valuations converge after years of stagnation. Viewing these two movements in tandem, the industry landscape is the most complex and exciting it’s been in years
The event will open with a panel on Real Estate Repriced: Capital, Risk, and the Next Cycle, which will examine how leading investors are recalibrating risk and return expectations as real estate resets after a period of rapid repricing and capital dislocation.
This year ’ s luminary is Marc C. Ganzi (P’23), CEO at DigitalBridge Ganzi has been an investor and operator in the digital infrastructure sector for more than 30 years and has led DigitalBridge’s transformation to become a premier platform for digital infrastructure and real estate investment.
We hope you enjoy these critical discussions as we once again convene a forum where industry leaders and the next generation of professionals can engage directly on the future of real assets
