The Independent Living Preparation Program (ILPP) prepares youth ages 14-18 to successfully transition to Older Youth Services (OYS).

Case managers work with identified youth and their team members using Motivational Interviewing, TraumaInformed Care, and the Broker of Services models. If preferred, participating youth can maintain the same ILPP case manager for both programs.
