Sequel To Noel Dias's Vincent “Smooth” Lamond Book Series Now On Amazon
Noel Dias's new novel Smooth: Tales of a Non-Convicted Criminal: Book II follows the exploits of Vincent “Smooth” Lamond, a non-convicted criminal who moves to New York City.
The book begins with Vincent on the run from an entity known only as “It” that encourages him to commit immoral and illegal acts. “Hoping to get his life on track, Vincent is bound for New York City, where an education and his estranged son await,” the book’s blurb says.
Along the way, however, Vincent makes a fateful stop in Spartanburg, South Carolina, and that’s where "It" strikes again. During this stint in Spartanburg, Vincent falls back into old habits— taking drugs, plotting schemes, cracking safes, and getting mixed up with the wrong crowds.
Recognizing that he has to do something drastic, Vincent seeks sanctuary in Queens. But when he arrives, he quickly realizes that New York isn’t as safe as he thought it would be.
