It's estimated that over 140,000 people die from alcohol-related causes annually, making it the fourth-leading preventable cause of death in the US.
CFC recognizes the important roles that professional treatment and medical detox play in helping an individual recover from alcohol abuse Their Intensive Peer Recovery Program (IPRP) is intended to aid you with the transition into a life of sobriety following clinical care.
The program is facilitated by Certified Peer Recovery Specialists and focuses primarily on education and life skill development. Throughout the program, you will be able to join support teams and participate in self-help meetings, life planning sessions, social activities, and community events.
You will also have weekly private meetings with a recovery coach, who will help you track your progress throughout the duration of the program.
