You can choose from singletype platters of spicy tuna or California sushi, vegetarian rolls, rolls with various fish, premium rolls with artistic themes, sashimi, and nigiri.
There are 3 other packages: Basic, VIP, and Seared Sashimi. With the first 2, you get unlimited sushi for 2 hours, 3 kinds of rolls, nigiri, and sashimi.
The Seared Sashimi Experience comprises onthe-spot albacore and escolar slicing and searing in an exciting, exotic presentation.
Yooshi Sushi Catering got its start when founder Zad Youshei took over an empty section of his family's restaurant and accepted the challenge of acquainting his customers with sushi - "A challenge that I will never regret accepting," he says.
