1. Interview three brokers — including your own.
This keeps you updated with the changes within your own brokerage, and what's happening with other brokerages around you.
2. Set goals now for next year.
Don't wait until January. Goals that you start working on now, that you have time through the end of the year to really flesh out are going to be more likely to stick.
3. Reflect on the past year.
Reflect on what goals you achieved and which ones you set aside.
What helped you succeed in the goals you met? What led you to actually achieving those? And what were some of the goals that were set to the side and why?
Reflect upon those decisions we made in order to make sure that we bring the ones that still need to be worked on to the next year.
