Michael Stone, who developed this modality, will be the lead facilitator of the program, and the course's three core teachers have over 40 years of combined breathwork experience.
Over 350 hours, principally centered upon live instruction sessions with Stone and his team, you will learn key facilitation skills and how to lead breathwork workshops.
You will also learn how to support breathers in an empowering way as they work through difficult experiences and how to help them come to closure at the close of a session.
