Bulls are guaranteed for their first season defined as 90 days following turn out All bulls have been fertility tested and are guaranteed breeding sound at time of sale . In the event a problem arises in the first breeding season, contact Adobe Ranch immediately . Buyer will be given full credit less the salvage value or purchase price credit to next years bull sale or replacement of equal quality bull as acceptable to buyer A signed veterinary statement will be required
After Sale Care and Delivery
If bulls are left at Adobe Ranch on day of sale we will feed them at no charge until May 1, 2026 If further arrangements need to be made contact us . The bulls are the property of purchaser after the sale and we cannot be responsible for accidents to bulls left after the sale Free delivery within a 50 mile radius . We will assist in making arrangements for delivery outside of that are on an individual basis as needed

Bulls are offered at a first come, first serve basis Terms of sale are cash or check unless other arrangements have been made We require 100% of purchase price at time of committment
Welcome to our Spring 2026 Private Treaty Sale!
We are excited to offer 25+ years of genetics, hard work, and experience at this year’s sale. We have raised and sold bulls out of the San Luis Valley since 1998. Our cattle run from 7,700 ft. elevation here at the ranch on up to 12,000 ft. on summer pasture, these are true high altitude cattle. We are passionate about raising high quality cattle to fit your ranching needs.
Our goal with our cow herd is to produce a hardy animal that can thrive at high altitude and in big country while maintaining performance adaptability. We strive for low input costs and to maximize grazing year round. We feel like we have durable bulls for the commercial cow herd that we’d like to share with our customers that will work hard and perform well for you.
