A MESSAGE FROM OUR CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER As we head into the Holiday season with 2023 mostly in the rear-view mirror, I wanted to take this chance to thank everyone for being part of the TPG team. Although we have physical locations, equipment, and tools we use each day, it is the people that make this company what it is. Regardless of clinic brand, role, or location, we all play a part in creating a great patient and workplace experience. I have had a chance over the past couple of months to be out in many markets and clinics. Seeing the positive cultures in the clinics that you all create and having patients tell me about the great experiences they are having is the best part of my job. Being someone who is a physical therapist and has treated patients before, I know what goes into creating that type of clinic environment. I am proud to represent you and really thank you for all you do for patients and each other. We have made a lot of progress as a company over the past year. Our 2023 focus was to get better with what we already have. We did zero acquisitions/partnerships in 2023 and opened two new clinics (Dallas and Las Vegas). What we did well, was grow our current clinics. We have added a significant amount of clinical staff over the last 12 months, gotten better at all back-office functions, and improved communication throughout the company. As we move into 2024, you will see increased training and development opportunities across many job roles, continued improved communication, and likely some new clinic growth in the latter half of 2024. Our overall focus will remain on doing two things better than anyone else; giving our patients the best experience possible and ensuring this is a great place to work. Improved Communication This year, we've made it a priority to strengthen our connections within the company. From regular newsletters like this one to town hall meetings and inperson events, through better social media coverage and a new company intranet, we strive to keep everyone informed with what’s happening, our goals, and the TPG Way. Going into 2024, we plan to continue to focus on YOU, and better celebrate how each of you lives the TPG Way, and creates Unforgettable Interactions with your patients and team members by telling stories of our people online and internally. Empowering Our Leaders + Creating Growth Opportunities Leadership matters and that's why we invested significant time and resources into training our clinical leaders on the TPG way through our Clinical Leadership Program (CLP), and our LIT (Leadership Inspiration Tour), as well as monthly and quarterly leadership meetings. We want our leaders to feel equipped to do their jobs, and we want you to love the leaders you have! While we will always focus on building great leaders, in 2024 we will also aim to add programs for others to have an opportunity to grow via our New Grad Mentorship Success Program, our Emerging Leaders program, our advanced clinical pathways, and our career paths within leadership, clinical excellence and education. Whether you want to lead a team or not, we want all of our team members to have the opportunity to build a career at TPG!

Wellness In 2023, we kicked off our first wellness challenge reminding you to practice self-care. In 2024 we plan to do a lot more from a wellness perspective, including providing everyone the opportunity to partner with Financial and Student Loan Wellness advisors through a partnership with Tuition. IO. Be on the lookout for more information early in 2024 on this topic! We’ll also plan on adding more wellness-focused education for new parents, and we’ll continue to have wellness challenges and topics to share throughout the year.

Looking Ahead Your feedback is invaluable to us, and that's why we take the engagement surveys seriously. On our last survey, we scored an eNPS score of positive 15. Our goal for 2024 is to see that score increase over 20! This month, we will do our quarterly pulse survey to see how we’re doing, and we will continue to do our big survey once a year in August. Together, we will continue to make TPG a fantastic place to work - one where every team member feels valued, empowered, and inspired. Our"Better Everyday" mantra drives us forward, and I invite each one of you to partner with us on this incredible journey to being the best physical therapy company in the world!

Our Senior VP of Talent Acquisition, Jenn Mullins, speaks on TPG Staffing Hello Everyone! I’m so happy I joined the TPG family in April this year.
I knew my future would be hiring great people and seeing them continue to grow in their careers. I have been in Talent Acquisition for the past 15+ years with the past 8 years in a fastpaced healthcare setting. My vision is to build strategic teams that are capable of transforming organizations by hiring and retaining exceptional talent. I’m a firm believer that with our culture and hiring talented, engaged Therapists and support team members into our clinics we have the power to transform lives and the communities we serve. During my first month, I had the opportunity to meet many department leaders and visit multiple clinics in the Modesto, CA area. I loved seeing all the teams in action and what stood out to me most was the culture. At every location, we were greeted with warm smiles and laughter among patients and our staff…. while on my plan ride back to Chicago, I was amazed at how quickly I felt at home.
The Talent Acquisition Team has been very busy with the new grad hiring season! We also had the opportunity to meet as a team, in person, and establish our strategic initiatives for 2023, which are: Building a Streamlined Hiring Process Producing Improved Metrics and Reporting Increasing Brand Awareness and creative outreach
Focusing on the above will help us attract and retain top talent, reduce the amount of time a role is open, create data-driven decisions, and provide an excellent candidate experience. We are excited to announce the rollout of our Culture Ambassadors Program starting in 2024! Therapy Partners Group wants every employee to love their job and be happy at work. The Culture Ambassadors Program will facilitate a positive work environment where employees feel engaged, know they are appreciated, and have an opportunity to give back to their colleagues and community. The purpose of the program is to create a culture focused on our most important asset, YOU. Ambassadors across TPG have been nominated and will be the first to lead this program!
