BEYOND THE STRETCH A Therapy Partners Group Newsletter
Ready for What's Next There's something special about this time of year. Goniometers come out, anatomy textbooks get dogeared again, treatment tables become classrooms, and experienced clinicians become teachers. Whether you're welcoming an intern, beginning a residency, mentoring a teammate, or simply investing in your own professional growth, back-to-school season reminds us that learning never truly ends. At Therapy Partners Group, education isn't just something we offer. It's part of who we are. We believe every stage of a career deserves opportunities to learn, lead, and grow. From student clinical rotations and mentorship to residency programs, continuing education, leadership development, and career advancement, we're committed to creating pathways that help our people become the very best version of themselves. This month's Beyond the Stretch celebrates that commitment. Inside, you'll find stories of teammates investing in their future, clinicians sharing their knowledge, leaders developing tomorrow's leaders, and the many ways learning continues long after graduation day. Because clinical excellence is built one lesson, one patient, and one experience at a time. Here's to asking better questions, learning new skills, challenging ourselves, and helping one another grow. Whether you're just beginning your journey or have decades of experience behind you, there's always another lesson waiting.

Tech to PTA
Congratulations, Daniel (BIG DADDY D)! From starting as a Rehab Tech 3 years ago, to receiving the TPG PTA scholarship, to now joining us as a licensed PTA! -Ed Dolegowski (FIT PT Clinic Director)
“I want to recognize Ed for believing in me and allowing me to grow. I started at the company as a tech with no experience, and thanks to his support and confidence in my potential, I became a PTA. I'm grateful for the chance he gave me and for the encouragement he has shown throughout my journey. Thank you for investing in my growth and helping me succeed. I truly couldn't have done it without you, Coach!”
-Daniel Vazquez (FIT PT, PTA)

Celebrating Our People RCM | HR | TA A note from TPG’s CEO, Brent Mack: “I spent the last couple of days with three teams that quietly decide whether a physical therapy company succeeds or struggles...If you can find great clinicians, develop and retain great people, and get paid for the valuable services you deliver… you can figure everything else out. Simple but not easy. It takes continual execution, strong leadership, and people who care enough to keep getting better. We have that. Great week, and very proud to be able to represent this crew! 'Chain so big, can’t pop my collar'"

Thank you for being so creative with your physical therapy exercises. You always find ways to make therapy fun and engaging while still challenging our patients to work hard. -Vitoria
Nikki Nikki has been catching red flags left and right! She identified a miss Navicular fracture, and when a patient complained of irregular stomach pains, she sent him to the doctor, where he underwent emergency gallbladder removal. We are so grateful she is taking such good care of our patients! -Lauren
Victor I felt that the pacing of my rotation was good for my level of experience. I did not feel overwhelmed at all! The entire experience makes me want to work in a facility like this. -Student
