Milk and dairy foods contain a unique matrix of nutrients. It is recommended to consume milk and dairy foods as part of a healthy balanced diet. Avonmore Cheddar Cheese is a natural source of calcium and protein. Compared to non-grass fed milk, grass-fed milk has higher concentrations of certain nutrients, including conjugated linoleic acids, an optimal omega-3/omega-6 ratio and beta carotene.
