End-of-Year Reflection and Vision for the Future of F.L.A.M.E. Inc. Date: November 15, 2024 Dear F.L.A.M.E. Inc. Pastors, As we approach the end of 2024, we want to pause and reflect on a successful and fruitful year. Together, we have deepened our fellowship, strengthened our support networks, and honed our leadership skills through a combination of onsite and online gatherings. Your commitment to growth and excellence has been inspiring, and our shared dedication to developing leaders at every level within our churches has yielded wonderful results. Celebrating Our Year Together This year, F.L.A.M.E. Inc. facilitated monthly gatherings, both onsite and online, where pastors were enriched and equipped to build resilient, servant-hearted leaders within their congregations. These gatherings served as valuable touchpoints, allowing us to connect, share wisdom, and gain insights into the challenges and opportunities in ministry. While we did not host a churchwide convocation this year, we enjoyed a meaningful and impactful pastor’s retreat in Williamsburg, VA. This retreat not only offered a time of refreshing but also provided a forum for forward-thinking discussions about the future of our organization. During our time together, we addressed the evolving needs of our ministry and began to chart a new course for F.L.A.M.E. Inc.
