Stephanie Lawless was born on January 19, 1964, in Tulsa, Oklahoma, to the late Thomas L. Calvin, Jr. and Joyce M. Love. She departed this life on February 20, 2026.
Stephanie was a dedicated and determined woman who valued education and personal growth. She earned her Associate’s Degree and was actively pursuing her Bachelor’s Degree in Criminal Justice at Strayer University. Professionally, she served faithfully as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) at Newport News Behavioral Health, where she cared for others with compassion and commitment.
She was preceded in death by her father, Thomas Calvin.
Stephanie leaves to cherish her loving memory her devoted husband, Robert Lawless; her children, Ina Lawless, Angela Lawless, Latrica Lawless, Demetria Lawless, Dijon Lawless, and Jorinne (Tangi) Lawless; her grandchildren, Nia Williams, Irving Williams, Jr., Taityana Ray, Xavier Lawless, Jayden Lawless, and Samiyah McGowan; her siblings, Marcia Walters, Michael Calvin, and Christopher Calvin; along with a host of extended family members and friends who will forever treasure her life and legacy.
