“Memories of Thaddeus”
We do not need a special day to bring you to our minds, Because thoughts of you, Red Dog, are never hard to find. In quiet moments we remember your strength, steady and true A man of few words, yet love spoke clearly through you.
Each morning when we wake, we feel the space you’ve left behind, And no one knows the heartache that lives within our minds. You stood strong for your family, providing through it all, Always ready to protect us whenever trouble called.

Our hearts still ache with sadness, and silent tears still flow, For losing you, dear Jr., is a pain only we know. We picture you in heaven now hat on, shades in place, A toothpick in your mouth and that calm, familiar face.
