WELCOME TO THE F.L.A.M.E.

ANNUAL PASTORS & SPOUSES RETREAT

To our F.L.A.M.E. Pastors, Spouses and Guest:

With hearts full of gratitude and joy, Mrs. Riddick, myself along with the F.L.A.M.E. Board Members warmly welcome you to our F.L.A.M.E. Annual Retreat. It is truly an honor to gather with each of you, our sons and daughters, who continue to serve with dedication, resilience, and love.

This sacred time has been intentionally set aside for you.

This retreat is designed to provide space to rest, reflect, and reassess the times in which we are called to serve. As shepherds and supporters, you pour out continually; this is your moment to be refreshed, restored, and refilled.

We encourage you to embrace this opportunity to step away from routine responsibilities and lean into the presence of God with openness and expectation.

Surrounded by the beauty and serenity of the beach, allow the peaceful setting to minister to your spirit. Breathe deeply. Slow down. Be present. Let this environment, coupled with the presence of God, renew your mind, body, and soul.

During our time together, we expect to receive:

Insightful and timely impartation for today’s ministry landscape

Encouragement and inspiration for both personal and shared journeys

Moments of stillness and connection with God and one another

Our prayer is that you will leave this retreat strengthened, inspired, and equipped to return to your respective ministries and spheres of influence with renewed energy, clarity, and purpose. The work you do matters deeply, and we are committed to ensuring you are sustained for the journey ahead.

Know that you are covered in prayer, appreciated beyond words, and celebrated for your unwavering commitment to the Kingdom.

Welcome to this time of refreshing. Welcome to this time with God. Welcome to your retreat.

With love and grace, Bishop Dwight Riddick & Lady Vera Riddick
