• Each assembly is 100% hydrostatically pressure tested to 1.5 times the MAWP and then 100% nitrogen leak tested.
• Following pressure test, each assembly is 100% oxygen cleaned, dried, and bagged to meet CGA 4.1 requirements.
• All non-metallic lined flexible leads are manufactured using a true PTFE post-sintered innercore.
• Our proprietary post-sintering process follows aerospace techniques which provides the lowest possible effusion rate, the highest flex life and the widest temperature range of any fluoropolmer available.

The 18 cylinder pallet manifold is a terrific alternative to costly micro bulk delivery vehicles for safely delivering higher volumes of gas. This has become a standard, rather than an alternative to cylinder carts, for distributors across the country.
The Weldcoa pallet manifold can be positioned into a Weldcoa fill island for efficient filling, and it can also be locked onto a Weldcoa truck or trailer for safe transporting.
