TRITON 24 Pack Cradle System The ProRack TRITON is our largest and most robust high pressure gas cylinder cradle boasting 24 cylinder capacity. The TRITON’s heavy duty design is utilized for offshore, large remote cylinder storage banks, and just about any application requiring high volume gas requirements. The TRITON is manufactured with extra heavy materials and supplied hot dipped galvanized for years of service life without corrosion. Manifold systems are available in brass and stainless steel with pressures up to 6000PSI.

POSEIDON 20 Pack Cradle System for Diving Gases
The ProRack Poseidon 20 cylinder diving gas system is engineered for offshore use for commercial diving applications. Engineered with a robust simplistic design with lift truck access at the base and four corner lifting lugs for sling systems. A variety of manifolds utilizing and brass and stainless steel are designed for gases such as breathing air, nitrox, heliox and oxygen.

6 & 12 Pack Cylinder Cradle Systems The ProRack TITAN is our flagship cradle with a patented cartridge wheel system allowing the wheels to easily disappear. The TITAN can be demobilized in minutes. The TITAN offers safety not yet seen in the gas industry. The TITAN will encourage fill plant technicians to move the cradle with lift truck assistance, yet allow customers to roll the TITAN easier than any cradle system. The TITAN’s inline wheel system allows the cradle to spin on its own axis with the EZ grab handles. Just as important, the TITAN meets requirements for DOT ten year exemption permits for cylinder gas packs. The TITAN is designed with external welds making all joints visible for inspection before sending to service. The ProRack TITAN’s allow the gas supplier to keep the cradle in service for the cylinder life after hydrostatic test. The TITAN is the most feature rich cradle system available today.

6 & 12 Cylinder Pack Cradle Systems The PRORACK Titan cradle and manifold systems are available powder coat and hot dipped galvanized with a wide variety of manifolds installed to meet your requirements. Brass manifolds are available with copper pigtails, replaceable copper pigtails and flexible stainless steel braided hoses. The ProRack Hercules not only hauls cylinders – it has more features than competitive systems offering the most value and safety available. The Hercules has fast set up time and the ability to load uneven cylinder heights individually without complete disassembly. All cylinders are exposed for easy identity. Features such as the EZGRAB handles, strip free cylinder bolt system, unique crane eye and optional casters or inline wheel with wing brakes. All Hercules cradles are designed to accept MEDUSA ¾” brass and stainless steel pipe manifolds.

12 Cylinder Pack Cradle Systems
The ProRack HELIOS 12 cylinder pallet system is engineered to be a robust solution securing 12 high pressure cylinders on a pallet for easy transport via lift trucks or pallet jacks. The base utilizes grate material to eliminate any water puddling to inhibit rust. Cylinders are secured via heavy duty triangular steel restraints to account for any variation of cylinder diameters. The HELIOS is made with 2” steel square material with reinforced welds plates at the corners and has a solid cover for elements protection. All structural welds are visible for safety meeting the ten year exemption.
Helios Series Cradle System Features • Perimeter frame design with all structural welds visible meeting the ten year exemption requirements • Heavy duty triangular steel cylinder restraints for securing various unmatched cylinders • Durable Hot dipped galvanized is standard for years of service life. Economic 6 & 12 Cylinder Pack Cradle Systems The ProRack BRUT cradle systems are the original and most economical option to provide your customers multiple cylinder hook up supplying your large volume gas users uninterrupted supply. The ProRack BRUT is industry proven with more units in service than any other cradle system. The design is very simple and includes a top and bottom secured by four extra strong threaded rods. The top and bottom secure the cylinders by compressing the cylinders with the all threaded rods. BRUT cradle tops are available as standard, and with protective cover and frame guard options giving the user total manifold protection. A wide selection of MEDUSA manifolds are available for use with the BRUT cradle systems.

Manifolds are machined from large brass bar stock resulting in an extra heavy duty design in a compact package requiring little space for mounting. All Medusa block manifolds are designed with ¾”F.NPT main ports for use of large ¾” manifold pipe nipples or readily available and economical ¾” NGT header valves.
