Gauge Magazine June 2025 Issue is packed with some of the wildest custom rides, heartfelt tributes, and show-stopping events we’ve ever featured—straight from the garage and the showgrounds to your screen.
We kick off with “OBS Killa,” a fully customized 1997 Chevy Silverado 1500 built by Chris Echel over the course of 16 years. With a 355 V8, air ride, suicide doors, and a show-quality interior, it’s a bold OBS truck that definitely lives up to its name.
Then there’s “Wally,” a diesel-powered 1928 Ford Model A rat rod handcrafted by Mike Bowe. Built using farm equipment and junkyard gold, this ride is a rolling tribute to Mike’s father and a perfect example of creativity meets legacy.
You’ll also meet “Stormtrooper,” a jaw-dropping 2006 Hummer H2 by Brian Francois, themed after Star Wars and loaded with 24 subs, full custom airbrush work, and Guinness World Record ambitions.
In show coverage, we head to Indianapolis for the 4-Wheel Jamboree, where monster trucks, tuff trucks, burnout comps, and SxS races
