Our Story Hi, I'm Kelsey Williams, a graduate of the University of Nebraska–Lincoln with a degree in Hospitality Management. While planning my own wedding, I discovered a gap in our local event rental market—many hosts simply don't have access to the tables, chairs and event essentials needed to create memorable gatherings. That's why I founded Gather & Company Event Rentals. At Gather & Company, we set up every event with an eye for detail, treating each celebration as if it were our own.
Reserve your RENTALS Submit Rental Form Choose the rentals you need for your event and provide us with the details of your celebration.
Rental Approval We’ll confirm rental availability and finalize your delivery, pickup, and setup details.
Secure Your Rentals Your rentals are officially reserved once we receive your signed Order Confirmation, Contract and 50% deposit.

Choosing the Right Rentals
Reserve rentals early, especially during wedding and graduation season Plan for a few extra seats (5–10) for unexpected guests Mix table sizes to create comfortable traffic flow Consider cocktail tables to encourage mingling during social hour
Seating & Layout
Allow at least 24 inches of table space per guest Leave 4–5 feet between tables for easy movement Rounds encourage guests to socialize with the entire table, while rectangular tables maximize seating capacity Keep food and beverage stations away from entrances to reduce congestion Rental Care
Protect tables from excessive heat or open flames Wipe off any visible substance Stack chairs carefully after the event Let us know immediately if an item is damaged
