With over 20 years of university experience, Bob Myers is a Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt and PMP-certified leader who brings a unique blend of real world experiences into the classroom. Bob has held many roles during his career, including Director of IT, Project Manager, QA Manager, and Engineer. Bob’s passion lies in process improvement and problem solving. This passion began in 1998 when he participated in Delta’s first Kaizen event, when he was able to take a 6 hour and 15-minute process down to 1½ hours through eliminating several forms of waste. Since then, he has been involved in numerous Lean Six Sigma projects and advises and guides multiple projects each semester in the MBA Lean Six Sigma practicum.
